A small villa. Great location on Aphrodite Hills especially if you are golfers with Aphrodite on site plus Secret Valley and Elea very close. Garden gets the sun in the afternoon. Facilities all fine. We had a very enjoyable stay. We would recommend.

Our stay at 25 Hestiades Green was great, as stated everything was close at hand. The villa was clean, the only thing that kept me from giving five stars for cleanliness was the large rug in the living room was badly soiled. Overall our stay was very enjoyable, I would recommend the villa without hesitation for a great holiday.

Just what we needed for a quiet week's rest and relaxation in the sun.

Brilliant return visit This was our second holiday in this villa and it was brilliant again! Everything you can possibly think of is provided by the owner which makes getting into holiday mode easy. Not having to take tea towels, washing up liquid etc. and doing the washing before we came home are huge pluses for me! The boys loved the pool and stayed in until dark some days. The villa and surrounding area is very well kept. The location is great for getting out and about and seeing some of Cyprus. Highly recommend staying here.

An excellent location for a family holiday The villa is in a fantastic location within Aphrodite Hills. A short walk from the restaurants, coffee shops and golf course. Ashley was a pleasure to deal with and quick to reply to any queries I had. The pool was a perfect size for us, as we have two young children. The kitchen is a little dated, however, works to replace it are scheduled in November, so we look forward to returning hopefully in the future. The bottle of prosecco in the fridge was a nice touch. Overall we had a great family holiday in the villa and would recommend staying in Aphrodite Hills.

Exceptional host, villa and location, we really enjoyed our stay in Cyprus and at this villa making everlasting family memories. The villa was perfect, everything was just so easy, from booking to arrival and checkout, the location was fantastic, just far enough away from the main resort to be quiet but still walkable into the village square. Inside the villa we wanted for nothing, Ashley had made sure that everything you could possible need was available, we loved the water cooler, it was a brilliant touch and just what you need to keep hydrated and cool on a very hot summer's day. The private pool was awesome and we spent many hours just floating around topping up our tans. The outside spaces had the right balance of space and facilities to ensure a very enjoyable time if you are active or like just sitting quietly reading and watching the day go by. The only down side we can see is that it's such a great place others may book and we may not find it available next time.

Everything from check in to check out in the villa was perfect; immaculately clean and just like the photos, our stay was simply brilliant. Thank you!

Relaxing and Peaceful - Perfect! Had a fantastic holiday in this beautiful villa. It was like a home from home with everything we could possibly need. I struggle to sleep on holiday normally but the bed was super comfy! The fridge was stocked with essentials which was really appreciated as our flight was quite late arriving in the evening. The views of the golf course from the back garden and upstairs balcony are beautiful and the evening walks are breathtaking looking out over to the sea. Plenty of restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance and a nice park for the litte one's. There are plenty of other things to entertain the whole family such as the Spa with Gym, Tennis, horse riding, golf etc however, we chose to relax more at the villa by the pool. Aphrodite Waterpark is a great day out for all the family and is an easy 20 minute drive. Cannot wait to come back next year!

Well-appointed villa makes holiday as easy possible! The villa was perfect - we really appreciated how well appointed it was with everything we could possibly need (food bags, cling film, foil, rubber gloves, cleaning stuff etc.) - it saves a lot of space in suitcases and faffing about when you get there knowing how much is provided. The villa was clean on arrival, plenty of towels etc. The local point of contact for the property made a courtesy visit to ensure all was well. The boys loved the pool and it was used every day even in the dark! It's easy to find and close enough to walk to the Aphrodite Hills village square. Parking at the villa is easy. Car rental is highly advised to make the most of the island. I recommend a trip into Paphos to Jumbo for beach toys and pool inflatables. And Gabriel's Tavern in Kouklia is a must - nearby, great food and family friendly!
