The family like this they left the sink all with plates,cups,dishes,the cooker dirty,the oven with pieces of food the table with cups filled with tea,and the worst thing she put ladies things in the recycling bin that suppose to be for plastic, I've never charged a guest for cleaning but this family went over board I should have charged them more then €35, I not asking my guest to clean the apartment before they leave but keep it in good condition,and she wrote to be careful of me they better not rent you there apartment because water does not exist.
