Villa lovely, clean, well-equipped, modern and in a peaceful area with easy access to transport to get around. Communication was great, rapid responses to any questions we had. Owners helpful with transfers and plenty of advice about the area prior to our arrival. Very impressed and would definitely book this again.

We had a fabulous holiday. The villa is wonderful, we swam in the pool every day and the location is great. A 10 minute stroll into Sarigerme where there are numerous restaurants and shops. The food was delicious and the waiters very attentive. We went on a couple of boat trips which were amazing and swam in the Med, so good! Sarigerme beach is lovely, very soft sand. We would thoroughly recommend this villa.

We are just home from the royal links and what can I say transfers too and from first class villa was immaculate inside and out side had a few questions when we where away just txted Katie a reply was very prompt short walk to nearest town where we meet harry who owns supermarket and just delivered groceries best holiday I was ever on 5 stars on every level thanks Katie

We stayed last year for 10 days in august. We had a brilliant time. Took a taxi from Dalaman airport and it was such a short travel and we didn’t have to hire a car as taxis were easily available and the villas location was perfect. We had everything we needed in the house, lovely pool and great scenery. Walking distance to town, great restaurants, friendly people. We did boat tours and went to Sarigerme Beach times, I think his name was Ahmet, he recommended couple places and it was such a great help, he was extremely helpful and polite. A very nice new villa and a great location with a view. Luxury and modern technology are well provided in this house with 4 Bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, super. A missing corkscrew and ironing board were brought within 1 hour, great service.

Just returned from a fabulous two weeks. The villa was lovely and the pool was checked and cleaned every day. Staff on hand to help should you need to order taxis or for general information. The town was a 15 minute walk which was lovely in the evening. There are plenty of restaurants, we spent alot of time in the Paradise Restaurant staff very friendly and food amazing. Lots of shops to buy gifts. Would highly recommend staying at the Royal Links we will definitely be returning thank you. Such an easy process from booking to arriving. A very memorable experience A*

We had a great stay at Villa Lycia, the villa was really spacious and had everything that we needed. Beds were comfortable. Kate was really helpful and answered any questions we had really quickly. Once we were in the villa we also had a contact and they were also very good in replying to any messages we had. Wifi was really good in the villa and around the pool. So nice to be so close to the airport. The outside area was great, plenty of sun loungers and a couple of tables and chairs. The pool was a really good size, we loved the stairs going down into the pool and the views of the mountains were just amazing. Pool man came everyday to clean the pool and collect any rubbish that we had. The town was a ten minute walk away from the villa and some of the restaurants had the best food we have eaten in Turkey. There is a supermarket in the town that delivers free of charge and they have everything that you would need for indoors. Not a noisy town it was just lovely and relaxing. We came back from this holiday so relaxed, it was just so peaceful - 100% perfect I would say.

Peter and me had a fantasist time here at the villa. It was just as we had hoped for. The pool was a great size and the out door seating area was plentiful. Peace and quite just what we wanted. The Villa its self was clean tidy and home from from home. Washing machine dish washer iron iron board needed for nothing .WOW. The village was a lovely 10 minute walk and had everything you wanted. Our pool man that came every morning was a star. Great restaurants in the village and Harrys super market that delivers. Were back next year cant wait. And a big big thank you to our lady here back home Kate who was always in touch when a question needed to be answered, she was a super star. Kate you were great .
