We had a fantastic stay, thanks. The villa was perfect for our group. There was plenty of space for everyone with all the different seating areas and it is really well equipped .The location is hard to beat and everybody enjoyed swimming out in the front. We took a few trips out but we were all happy to return to peaceful Viganj. We were all sad to be leaving and I’m sure we will return in the future. Many thanks for all your information and organization of the minibus. The welcome pack was very generous and much appreciated.

Footprints Villa, The Seafront, Viganj, Croatia

Fantastic villa, wonderful holiday.
A family group of 10 - spanning 3 generations - we all loved it. The Villa was spotless, spacious, comfy, beautiful - and had all we needed. The sea is literally 10 metres from the front door. There is a good mini supermarket, bakery, fruit and veg stall and restaurants right nearby (just meters or 5 mins walk). The village has a relaxed, friendly, laid back atmosphere.
Richard the owner was lovely at helping us before our trip - much appreciated.
The villa is in quite a remote part of Croatia - off the beaten track a bit. This made it special and peaceful. Taxi transfers from Dubrovnik and took 2 hours drive.
Personally we thought it was worth it as we had such a brilliant holiday. We did a wonderful half day boat trip (the local villa agent/contact helped us organise it). We could have gone to Korcula for the day but we were having such a lovely, relaxed time we didn’t go in the end. One for next time.
Highly recommended as a get away from it all gorgeous place to relax. Thank you Richard!

Your pre visit information was comprehensive and proved invaluable. We had a wonderful meal at your favourite restaurant so thank you for that recommendation. Petar was equally invaluable so many thanks to him as well.

Viganj is such a special beautiful place, with just the laid back feeling we all loved. It was great for the children who veered between the pool and the sea quite content in the company of their cousins thus totally relaxing for their parents. As for the incident with the shutter , it was dealt with efficiently and with little interruption to our day so thank you.
In Footprints you have created a perfect holiday home in a delightful location. but know that this must have been achieved with so much thought and care. We felt privileged to to stay in your beautiful house. Thank you''.

''Just back from a fantastic week at The Palms villa. Great location with restaurants and mini supermarkets within walking distance and the beach visible from the end of the street 😀 We chose this villa because of the outside space and were not disappointed, many areas to relax either in or out of the sun. Pool was a perfect temperature and a great size for a villa. We were a party of 5 adults and my 8 year old nephew and we never felt on top of each other. Puerto Pollenca centre is a 25 minute walk which we did each evening to restaurants and some days to catch the bus to Alcúdia and the old town. Di was a great host and responded to my queries before arrival when Debbie took over who was super helpful and gave us lots of info to make our stay perfect    The welcome pack was very thoughtful and much appreciated, especially after a long flight delay, and kept us going until the following evening. The villa was fully equipped for every occasion even having plastic crockery and glasses for poolside use. Absolutely recommended for a peaceful stay, close enough to action if you want it, as a base to explore from or to spend everyday around the pool soaking up the sun with family and/or friends.''


The Palms Villa, Puerto Pollenca, Mallorca

First time staying at the Palms Villa, after an excellent holiday last year in Footprints villa. It did not disappoint. Location is perfect for a family holiday just a short stroll along pine walk to peurto pollensa.  We had everything we needed, with a generous welcome pack, and after a delay of 10 hours at the airport having cold beer and wine in the fridge and something for the children was a life saver!! Debbie was super helpful with any queries and the accommodation is first class, with plenty of room for 3 adults and 2 children. Pool is amazing and we definitely will be back.

''We have just returned from a two week, three generation family holiday, staying in the Footprints Villa, Vaganj, Croatia. The situation of the Villa is perfect, just opposite the sea, which creates a lovely gentle breeze. It also had lots of space, so we were not on top of each other. It was fabulous for our Grandchildren, with lots of water activities. They snorkelled, went scuba diving &amp; Jet skiing. Having a pool was fabulous, as the weather was very hot, but the sea breeze made it perfect.

We tried several of the local restaurants, when we were not having a BBQ &amp; the food was delicious. There is also an excellent bakery close by.

I can highly recommend a stay here''. 😍

''I always look for high quality villas in great locations near the sea and this did not disappoint. Viganj is beautiful. A Fantastic Villa in a beautiful location literally next to the sea. The villa is very well furnished and very clean. The pool area, front area and roof terrace are fantastic for relaxing and although we had 9 people in the villa it never felt crowded. Plenty of space and the kitchen is huge. Fani is available locally to answer all questions and help where required. I would highly recommend the villa and the location and village which is only a 5-10 minute boat ride from stunning Korcula''.

Perfect accommodation in a wonderful resort. From the start the host was engaging and helpful. We travelled as a family to celebrate my wife's big birthday, and we were met with some lovely touches on arrival (balloons etc) and a lovely welcome pack. The accommodation is spacious and comfortable with all of the facilities we could need. Outdoor living space was perfect, with our grandchildren having a brilliant time in and around the lovely pool. As keen watchers my wife and I enjoyed spotting the birdlife in nearby trees, managing to bag a number of birds we've never managed to see before. Its quite a stroll into the centre, but delightful along the Pine Walk and the Illa Door restaurant is a perfect stop off for an early/late evening drink. Local taxi services were quick and reliable when we couldn't face a walk back. We've been coming to Puerto Pollensa for many years, although not for quite some time, and this trip reminded us of what a wonderful place this town is.

Footprints Villa, Puerto Pollenca, Mallorca

We have just returned from a wonderful week staying at Footprints Villa.
On arrival we were greeted with 2 bottles of fizz and a birthday cake which was such a lovely touch.
The Villa has 4 spacious bedrooms with good storage and air conditioning.
The kitchen is very well equipt and we had a lovely welcome pack of bread, milk, juice, snacks, eggs, butter and so many other bits.
Outside there is a comfy seating area and 2 dining areas, the pool is nice and clean, there are 8 sun beds and really good quality beach towels provided. Also a BBQ which we made use of one evening.
The villa is in a really peaceful location around 5 mins down to the sea front and approx around 25 mins walk to the centre, which can be done via the sea front or down the main road which we mostly did stopping at bars on the way.
Getting a taxi was a bit of a pain with the new taxi app its a but like Uber, we really struggled to get one from the villa or one that would take more than 4 people so walked into the centre, no probs getting a taxi back.
There is a lovely restaurant and bar around 7 mins walk away called The Store with a little supermarket attached that sells lovely pastries and wine.
The main supermarkets are in the centre so needed to get a taxi back as to far to walk.

Richard was really helpful from the off answering my many questions and providing info with airport transfers etc.
Would really recommend the villa if you’re looking for a lovely peaceful location. Looking forward to sampling Footprints Villa Croatia later this year.
