La Finca is a golf course and has many residential properties built around the course. we are lucky that we are overlooking the hotel end of the golf course so we get a fantastic view of Mount Escotera. the apartments are south west facing so have the sun majority of the day. in the morning we have a lovely area to the front of the property which gets the morning sun for a coffee. the sun moves around on to the balcony of the upstairs apartment and the garden of the downstairs apartment. Although the views are better from the top the ground floor offers views and where everyone is so friendly i have made many friends over the fence. the commercial centre is 15 minute walk has several restaurants to choose from and bars for those thirsty moments. guardamar beach is 20 minutes away so is La Mata. La Mata is my favourite beach has a bit of everything. we provide towels and chairs to take out with you so a day at the beach is possible. Algorfa which is our local village has a few eateries and has a lovely fiesta in July.
