Really nice apartment been to this complex many times, pleasantly surprised, wake up every morning to a food parcel of breakfast, milk ,rolls, fruit and drinks and much more great Touch. Only thing is having to collect the key from the estate agents about a 10 minute drive away from the apartment but overall a good experience, I would recommend

Had a great stay at the apartment and it was in a lovely area-so handy for supermarkets and bus station and lots of great cafes. A 15 minute walk to the Marina 😀. Would definitely book this apartment again .

Great location with bars, restaurants, shops on the doorstep so ideal if you don't have a car. Furnishings dated but that was reflected in the price. I would definitely book again but not high season.

Flat fine, apart from lack of any view. Getting in was a shambles. Card key we were given by agent in Lagos was deactivated. Flat management could not activate without explicit permission from Agent, which took time. During our stay the battery ran out on card entry system on flat door, which again local management could not fix as it was not their responsibility. No cleaning provided, or change of towels during the week - just one towel each for the week. In short if you wish to rent one of these flats (which are fine and near the centre) then (a) rent one direct from the complex, rather than thru Agent, and (b) ensure you rent one with a view.

This is a spacious well equipped villa with a large pool but could do with a bit of tlc. It is difficult to get in and out of the pool as the first step is a long way down. The lounge area is comfortable but we were unable to get either the wi-fi or television to work. The kitchen is very well equipped with lots of crockery but could do with additional mugs and some large glasses. The bedrooms were comfortable but the air conditioning did not work effectively in all and did not work in the lounge. It would have been nice to have a change of sheets during out 9 night stay. Please take this feedback as constructive as we all had a really lovely holiday but due to the location the advert is misleading as to how close facilities are and a car is essential. I was disappointed not to receive a reply to my request to delay our holiday to next year due to Covid restrictions. I would recommend Portugal as a holiday destination to anyone.

The apartment was large, luxurious and well decorated. It was very clean on arrival and bedding and towels were good qualityThe location was easy to get about from and very close to the marina. We felt very safe in the area. There were a few things missing but we contacted our agent on arrival and this was rectified the next day. Could do with a few more bits such as dustpan and brush, pegs and some fans. Without the wind the apartment got very hot. A set of knives would be good too. The tv is only basic Portuguese channels so a DVD player would be good. Pool area very clean and well looked after. Lagos is a nice resort with some beautiful unspoilt beaches.

The property is in a great location but unfortunately the accuracy of the facilities and content of the villa were not matched by the reality. When we arrived the house was clean and tidy but unfortunately the dishwasher was full of foul smelling unwashed dishes. The trash bucket under the sink was also full. There was no ironing board and hairdryer as detailed so a call to the agents to supply them was made and delivered. The electric hob did not work properly as the heat reduction button did not work. The kitchen utensils were adequate but the range of pots and pans was not. The cheap frying pan was so old the non stick surface was hardly evident. If cooking inside was not your thing then there was always the BBQ. However, that looked liked it had never been cleaned to the extent that there was burned food still in the ash. The villa is large for a three bedroom property and was well decorated. It was just a pity the above let’s it down.
