Lovely and spacious, good facilities, lovely pool and garden and great location, walking distance to the strip and two beaches. Could do with some modernising and ants were a bit of an issue on kitchen worktops and in bathrooms. A nice touch would be a small welcome pack containing milk, bread, butter and some juice. Overall a great stay and ideal for larger parties.

We travelled as a family of 6 adults and 4 children and on arrival we were met by Margarida who showed us around. We were all very impressed with the villa as it was very spacious and had plenty of seating for everyone. Well equipped kitchen. Lots of room for the kids to play, lovely safe gardens and gated pool for peace of mind. There's a supermarket, gift shop and bar/restaurant a short walk away. Aveiros beach, which is beautiful, only a few hundred yards down a small incline. It's an easy walk into Praia da Oura beach and the strip and you can walk the other way into Albufeira town which is further (our 6 and 10 year old were fine with this). There's also a road train and an open top bus you can take or a short taxi ride into town. Definitely a great location in a quiet area but with easy access to all amenities. Thoroughly enjoyed by all the family!

7 of us in late June. Very spacious villa well located. Portugese couple running it are great. Some aspects are perhaps getting a little dated - perhaps could do with a re-vamp.
