Lovely comfortable property. Plenty of room and parking. Great covered cool pool. Covered patio seating area by gas BBQ provided welcome shade. Big wraparound garden. Tennis court 2 mins walk. Kitchen / utility well equipped and all worked. Good WiFi. Meet and greet lady very helpful, speaks English well. Nice next door neighbour too. Twin rooms interconnected. Rubbish has to be taken a 5-10min walk to recycle/dispose, near supermarket. Electricity was ‘tripping’ the switch in fuse cupboard in the evenings, owner informed and taking action. Quiet area. Lots of roads and footpaths around for walks and runs. Montgo 750m high. A challenging walk if circular as paths not clear and some very steep sections. Walk around CapSan Antoni just outside Jávea was steep up through the town but varied and lots of great views. Short boat trip from Denia included a view of caves and coastline and a swim from the boat. Sea water nice temperature. Very enjoyable stay.

Our party consisted of 2 familes of 4 people each plus 2 single individuals (10 total), and Casa Nirvana had more than enough space to accomodate us comfortably. The house is fantastic and the outside pool area is exceptional and we basically spent the vast majority of our time outside around the pool, in the pool or under the fantastic gazebo type structure which has an Alexa, fridge, fan and basically perfect for spending an entire day under it. There is also a nice tree and 2 parasols for additional shade during the day. The pool seemed very easy to keep clean and cleaners came once a week so there were no problems at all there and the pool is both large and deep, it would be difficult to imagine a better pool for a private house. We "only" give 4 stars for facilities because of a couple of really quite minor niggles (and 4 is still a very good score). There is a shutter in front of the studio patio doors that kept getting stuck and wouldn't raise fully. This wasn't a huge deal because we didn't want the sun blazing in there all day anyway and it always raised enough to let in plenty of light. The same shutter was obviously invaluable at night for keeping light and noise out. The facility manager also seemed concerned about the septic tank, and strongly emphasized us not abusing what we put in the toilet (which we observed), so there was just a minor concern at the back of our minds during our stay but aside from a couple of gurgles from a toilet it had no impact. The rest of the facilities are all described and shown well. There is a good tv with a couple of Alexa's, and the internet connection seemed really solid. There are two large fridges in the house plus a smaller one outside, and even another one in the studio (which could be fully self-contained). It also should be mentioned that the air-con worked perfectly which is important these days. We also deduct 1 point from check-out because we feel 10am is just a little early, especially in a house which will often have such a large party. The process itself was very painless and it must be said they were very good at accomodating our late arrival on the first night. And also Raima's english is really good. The only other thing we didn't give 5 stars is the area, but really it could have been 5 stars. I guess in a perfect world you could walk to several shops and restaurants, or a beach, but there is a good local shop about 15 minutes walk away, several larger supermarkets within 10 mins drive and several really good restaurants within 10 minutes drive also. The house is right in front of a spectacular mountain which dominates the skyline behind the property (in a very positive way, no interferring with the sun at all) and the view of the front is into a valley and is really nice, especially in the mornings. There are 2 very busy coastal towns/beachfronts around 10 mins drive away each (Xabia and Denia). For anyone wanting to go further/bigger, Benidorm, Alicanta and Valencia are all within 60-90 mins drive. Overall we rate the property 5/5 and would unquestionably recommend it. If we were more frequent holiday makers who didn't want to see other places, we would definitely go back and we enjoyed every day of our 2 weeks there.

We had a wonderful holiday in a lovely villa with fabulous location, so peaceful with great views and facilities. We were so pleased with the English television (& Netflix), especially the agent Paul having set up the tv with the football and the a/c on ready for the cup final! Little things like that has set you apart from the previous rentals that we have had in Javea. Irrespective of Covid a welcome basket of basics would have topped things off. It was fine for us as we knew the area and where supermarkets and restaurants are. It might have been different for those visiting the area for the first time. The pool was lovely and being so much bigger than the kidney-shaped pools we have previously had was a real benefit in doing lengths and sufficiently big enough for all of us to have lilo's etc. We did think that the pool area could benefit from an outside toilet and shower (maybe behind the wall covered by the bourgainvillea) as drying off to go indoors to use the bathroom was a bit of a faff. The second lounge could do with a/c especially if using it for extra sleeping accommodation Wifi was excellent and I was able to work from the kitchen table with a great view of Jesus Pobra, Gata de Gorgos and the valley in general. All in all a fab holiday in a superb villa & fab location.

Had a lovely week Casa Nirvana. The villa was spacious, aircon worked well and everything was spotless. The pool was great and enjoyed by everyone. The managing agents were very helpful and sorted out a minor problem within 30 minutes. Would recommend to anyone and would love to return again for another stay.

The house is perfect to go in a group of friends and enjoy the house. The beds are comfortable, the decor is nice, the pool in the shade is a success to be able to refresh you.

When choosing our property we were nervous because this place didn’t have lots of reviews and it almost looked too good to be true. We took a risk and it paid off. As three families all with young children, we had a great time in the villa. It looks even better than the photos, there is plenty of space for the kids to play and explore, and the pool can be locked for peace of mind. The villa has everything f you need for a happy stay. The highlight for us was evening dinners in the courtyard. It’s a special spot and brought us all back together at the end of a long day exploring Javea, Denia and surrounding areas. Finding the villa is a little tricky, particularly at night. The roads are bordered by very high grass (3m+). you’ll almost certainly think you’ve taken the wrong turn, but good maps will get you to the right place!

The villa is spectacular, perfect for spending a few days with family or friends. It has an incredible garden and a spectacular indoor pool. Located in a very quiet area of Montgó and just 15 minutes by car from the beach of the arenal. Aanika and Raima were very helpful at all times and helped us as much as possible at all times. Very good experience. We definitely did it again

Very good attention both by the agency and by the owners of the house. Good communication and fast attention. Very spacious house with great services, kitchen, swimming pool, bathrooms, air conditioning in all rooms. The family has been very comfortable 100% recommendable.
