Excellent property, everything you could possibly need on holiday. Very clean. Excellent service and communication with the host. Would definitely stay here again. Only down side was the traffic noise at night but it was usually only till about 1am. Didn't bother me much but my wife bought ear plugs on our second day and slept fine from then

We stayed as a family of 12 in Villa Sura last week (August 2022). The villa is exactly as described and is immaculate in every aspect, finished to a very high specification. The owner met us, even though it was 2am, and gave us a very useful tour of the property, clearly very keen for us to enjoy our stay. The welcome basket was exceptional and just what we needed after a long journey. The pool and jacuzzi were ideal for the younger members of our party and the rooms in the main building have exceptional views across Kalamar bay. In terms of location, it is quiet but a 20 minute, gentle downhill walk to the main town of Kalkan, I would advise a taxi on the way back (£3). The nearest beach club, Kalamar, is good, with plenty of space, excellent swimming and a diving centre, we walked there too. They provide a free taxi ride back up the hill, which is very steep. We made good use of the well appointed BBQ area, which was more than able to cope with the meat feast provided for our ever hungry party. Inside, the kitchen has everything you need, plenty of space and a large fridge freezer. Although Kalkan has changed since Covid, prices have sky rocketed and that lovely warm welcome isn't quite as prevalent as it was, if you are looking to stay, this villa is ideal.

Amazing Villa in a beautiful setting! 5/5 Stayed Sep 2014 We are presently staying at this amazing villa in Kalkan. It is in a beautiful setting and very peaceful. We have everything we need for a relaxing holiday and feel especially lucky waking up to this view every day. We have a car which is parked in the drive but equally we have walked into town to restaurants and the supermarket. If you don't feel like walking too far there is lovely little restaurant about 5 minutes walk away which serves delicious food. The pool is wonderful and it is cleaned and attended to daily. It has a variety of loungers but my favourite is a double lounger with a very comfy mattress which is great for relaxing while taking in the view! Kalkan is a wonderful place with a range of great restaurants and shops with locals who are helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this villa and this resort for a great holiday in Turkey!
