I got to frequent Chapala and its surroundings when my parents Choose the Riviera of Chapala as a retirement destination. They settled there Gradually, by first renting and getting to know the City's / Town different areas, for the first 4 years they rented a total of 3 different places on the Chapala / Ajijic area of the Beautiful Riviera of Chapala. That was more than enough to get them 100% convinced that it was the perfect place for them to Retire! So they Bought a property (still their house) and a decent lot right beside it, which now we turned into "Estancia Ananda" little but very comfortable and cozy 2 Bungalow Villa. In very short that is our story! And how we got into "House Sharing" and Renting properties.
