We stayed for 4 nights and everything about the booking was straight forward and easy. The apartment is in a great location with excellent views of the beach. Would definitely stay again

Good position for the main attractions and the Metro. Not sufficient crockery (bowls). Very noisy at night - Tapas Bar below( excellent food) went on until two am and refuse lorries came round at 3.30am!! Shutters need some significant renovation at the front - they do not close easily and the slats do not keep out the street lights or the lights of traffic - including the refuse lorries. Judit was very responsive and helpful.

Overall we had a great stay at the villa.The facilities were more than satisfactory and the layout suited the family members with mobility issues with having the downstairs bedrooms and shower room.

The property was clean & comfortable but starting to get tired. A little effort (the decor, enough mugs for 5 people to have tea or more modern mattresses) would make the villa great. The pool was super as were the BBQ and the wide variety of fruit trees in the garden (fresh figs for breakfast!). It was a 12-15 minute walk to the promenade at Port Pollensa with all the shops, bars and restaurants and there was a convenient mini mart & simple restaurant 5 minutes away for most of your needs. You could also walk straight up into the hills behind the villa to discover hidden coves & beaches. If staying in Port Pollensa but not wanting to be in the bustle of the centre, this villa works.

Two issues with the facilities, the first was not really anyone’s fault, the new washing machine (just 2 months old) never worked for us and it took a few days for a replacement. But the replacement didn’t work at first but that was due to a blocked filter (which was subsequently cleaned by their maintenance guy). Then it worked fine. The cooking facilities did not include an oven. Does have a microwave and electric hob. Really would benefit from an air fryer or something similar. The location is really good, balcony overlooks the pool and it is possible to watch the world go by. It is really easy to get around, we spent three days at portaventura and the bus will pick you up just next to the Burger King at the bottom (literally) of the Street. If you do explore, buses 1, 4, 74 will drop you at the other end of montblanc, and you can be in the shopping area within 2 minutes walk. But it’s far enough away not to be impacted by any noisy pubs/bars. Also took a day trip to Barcelona which again had a pick-up/drop off 4 minutes away. (Definitely go to a Plana shop and speak to the staff who can tell you more about the excursions and bus routes-especially if you buy a card which has 10 bus rides on it for 10 euros (otherwise single trips can cost up to 2.80 euros each. No discount for children or pensioners etc). We had a late check in and needed to collect keys from a different company. But both that company and Zeus apartments were really good. Lots of the local supermarkets (including Dia on the same street) have loyalty benefits where second item is 50% off. Which can save you a bit. Any issues we had were sorted quickly and professionally, and we are very much considering booking again for next year. Flew in/out from reus airport. Much shorter / cheaper transfer and an airport which wouldn’t be anywhere as busy as the main BCN one

I've been to Javea before and at another apartment complex but this one is another level up in terms of location and amenities. After collecting the keys from the Agents and arriving at the apartment it was clear me and my son were going to enjoy our stay. The pool area is great, a large circular pool with different depths round a central island and bridges to cross over as you can see in the photos. The pool area never really got that busy and was mostly Spanish families there enjoying the pool and relaxing under the shade of the trees - My son particular enjoyed swimming in he pool from 10pm-Midnight as it was fully flood lit and water was a great temperature. (Also note they have two life-guards on duty from about 11am till 4 or 5pm). The apartment is well spec'd out with two bedrooms (one with En-suite), Aircon in living room and Main bedroom, modern kitchen and balcony over looking the pool. it's also a short walk down to Arenal beach and all the restaurants lined along so very easy to stroll down to either enjoy the beach in the day or have a meal from the large range of restaurants lining the cove. I had a rental car for the holiday but there is a supermarket about 10 mins walk from the apartments if you need groceries. Also 5 min walk to a Karting centre for racing round in you fancy and great fun. Overall a great apartment and place to stay, had a great time there and would recommend to anyone looking to holiday in Javea. 11/10 for me.

Lovely apartment in super location. Our flight was early and there was no problem with checking in at 12. Also we were allowed to stay on until 4pm on date of departure. No problem at all encountered.

We had a lovely peaceful time, exploring the town and island attractions. The traditional house is on 3 levels and has an open atrium in the centre of the second level. It's cool in hot weather and warm in cooler weather. There's a few stairs though, so not so great for the less mobile.

Stayed for ten days.Unfortunately during an atlantic storm,however the rain was warmer than in the uk. The apartment was ver nicely situated and eveything was very clean and tidy. However please change the bed it was quite uncomfortable. All in all a very nice place and we would return.
