The location of the Lake House occupying a 5 acres waterfront lot on Douglas Lake was by far the best property we found providing privacy in luxury accommodation on a gated and secluded peninsular with the lake on 3 sides. The proximity to facilities and amenities at nearby Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg was a major factor in our decision to buy. Our family and our guests have enjoyed time spent at the Lake House and we are now taking many repeat bookings and referrals.
