We have owned the property from new. Whilst we work we don't get much opportunity to spend time in Spain, but intend to spend more time after retirement in a few years. We loved the fact that the villa is in a more residential area close to golf courses, blue flag beaches and within easy travel of major shopping centres - Torrevieja, Cartagena, La Zenia Boulevard etc. We have tried to make the villa as homely as possible, so it is comfortable for families or a small group of friends.
