This is a lovely villa. It was very clean and the beds were comfy. It is situated in a quiet area with the market very close, there was loud music on Friday night when the stall holders were setting up but this stopped at 12pm. There was a couple of celebrations in the market place again with loud music but we went and joined in the dancing which was fun and again this stopped at 12pm, it is about 15 mins walk from the centre of Dalyan but the dolmus (bus) runs about every 15 mins so not a problem 30l lira for the trip. There is a small shop a few mins walk which we used a lot for fresh bread in the morning. There is a restaurant that also sells alcohol about 7 mins walk and a great sort of canteen which has delicious Turkish food and is cheap. Also the burger place is good too. The kitchen was ok, it had a kettle with a teapot on top so the lid didn’t fit properly on the kettle. Would have been good to have sharp knives, plenty of cutlery and crockery. Outside area is great, lovely patio with a table for eating as well as a low table and chairs. Spent a lot of time out here. The pool is a good size and gets the sun most of the day. The sides were a bit grubby though. There was a lovely lemon tree in the garden which we made use of, fresh lemon in our gin and tonic. The area is flat so great for running in the morning before it gets too hot. We landed early 1pm and requested an early check in we were told we had to wait until 4pm. But we arrived at the villa before 2pm and the cleaner was still there so let us in which was perfect. I texted the person in charge but did not get a reply. We were 3 female friends staying here. We felt very safe and had a wonderful time. We were very sad to leave Dalyan and Villa Vista. I would definitely recommend this Villa.

What an amazing property. It did not disappoint. Beautiful inside and out. Well thought out. Lots of activities for the teens. Easy to get to the beach by walking. Taxi service on hand and affordable. We absolutely loved staying at Villa Saona. You will be so happy if you stay here. Thank you 😊

Very nice clean villa, excellent location, very close to shops and restaurants/bars. Very friendly and helpful owner. We really enjoyed our 2 weeks stay.

As a couple, we loved the property: it was clean, it was quiet, it was very relaxing, it was very close to two lovely beaches, perfect for swimming. In addition, it was a delightful 10 minute walk into Loggos for shops, supermarket and restaurants. Everything we expected and more!

The villa is in an excellent location very close to town and restaurants. It is not actually on the river as it appears in the photo but across the road from it, however there is an excellent view of the river and tombs from the balcony. The pool is small and very good for non swimmers as its quite shallow . There is a nice garden which is well maintained although it would be good to have something more substantial than netting to provide privacy when in the garden. The bedrooms are all a good size and the bathrooms and showers all work well. The air conditioning in each room works well. There are no basics such as toilet roll provided (in any of 4 bathrooms) so bring some if you are arriving at night! Some tea towels/washing up liquid, bin bags etc would also have been helpful, translations for the washing machine would also be useful. The guys in Sahil Restaurant across the road were wonderful and very helpful with things like where to put our rubbish etc. Can who maintains the property is very helpful and responded very quickly when we had a query about the pool. Overall the best aspect of the villa is the location.

Villa was very spacious and loved the location next to the farm. Short drive to Nerja Town and the old town which was beautiful. You definitely need a car. Pool was large and very deep, no shallow end so would be a problem for small children. Villa very tired and very dated. Sunbeds were old and grubby and the chairs on the terrace needed repairing!! The appliances in the kitchen weren't great. The toaster got really hot on the outside, enough to give a nasty burn and The drip through coffee machine leaked. Oven good as was the hob and freezer enough crockery and cutlery but no sharp knives. The double bed was a few steps up from a camp bed and the spare pillows were stained. Bathrooms so dated. We accepted it for what it was and didn't let it stop us having a great time, but this Villa really needs some money spent on it.

We had a wonderful 2 weeks at the villa. The owner was very helpful when we had a little issue with electric upstairs and sorted the problem quickly. Pool cleaned daily for bugs. Lots of storage everywhere. Nice jug of flowers, wine, juice and fresh oranges to greet us. There were lots of extra duvets and Pillows to use. Slight negative was very firm mattress but I did get used to it and my husband had no problem with it. Sofas could do with update, were like pu leather so bit cold or hot depending on temperature. We put a duvet over so it was more comfortable. Overall great villa with plenty of space for a family or couple. Argaka is a lovely friendly village with nice restaurants and people. We loved the area.

(+) - Completely functional, with good facilities, without glamour - Clean, sizeable swimming-pool - Proximity of good beaches, restaurants and grocery shops (not within walking range, car is a must; no traffic jams/issues) - Quiet area (depending on neighbours) (-) - Water output in bathroom could be better (especially toilet flushing) - Noisy neighbours sometimes tolerated (solved next night after discussion with owner) - A/C usage - dining/kitchen area conditional to payment per day (which I consider abusive given the rental fee per day); rooms - although we pre-programmed the units accurately just to find our rooms cool, owner allowed himself to enter the villa repeatedly in our absence and turned the units off

A wonderful easy family stay at Casa Leo. The photos online do not do the property justice. It is far nicer and picturesque than the online photos show. Would highly recommend a car. Restaurants, bars and shops are not easy walking distance in the hight of summer on a steep hill. Don’t let this put you off book and enjoy - highly recommended!
