Our third stay at this apartment with another booked for next year. Excellent facilities, all communications with Kim are answered promptly and she is always very helpful. A wonderful winter bolt hole and everything you could need is within walking distance.

A beautiful apartment with stunning views of the golf course, mountains and sunset. The apartment was spacious, well furnished and equipped with everything we needed for a self catering holiday. The tv had access to most of the English channels including catchup. We regularly made good use of the large sunny roof top terrace. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the private outdoor bedroom terrace, also accessed from the living room. Both terraces were equipped with good quality outdoor furniture. The only slight downside was that we were close to the flight path. However, this didn’t detract from our holiday as the location was perfect for us. We enjoyed regularly walking into town along the beautiful beach promenade. It is also close to the Atlantico centre which contains a large supermarket, shops and restaurants. Thank you to Kim/Nik for your excellent restaurant recommendations and for allowing us a late check out, very much appreciated. We hope to return again in the future.

Excellent apartment. The apartment is very well presented and has everything that you could possibly need. Situated on a quiet complex, which is about a 5 minute walk to the Atlantico Centre. Beautiful balcony and sun terrace with amazing views. No problems at all throughout the holiday, the host Kim, was contactable if needed, would definitely visit again

Great stay We had a great stay, better than described. Veiw from balcony over golf course 👌 clean,everything you need for a apartment, host was fantastic, let us stay longer as we had a late flight home. Made holiday. Would definitely come back

We stayed at Kim's apartment for 6 nights and we could not recommend it highly enough. The location is great, where the complex is gated and private, and also a short walk from the beach and amenities. We are a family of 4 and the inside and terrace space is great. Aside from the property, Kim went out of her way to accomodate last minute requests, which made all the difference for our stay - we will be coming back when we visit Fuerteventura again.

The apartment was great, clean and spacious! Positioned close to the communal pool which had very few users so was able to come and go as we pleased! Easy access to the local restaurants within the commercial centre which were just a 5 minute walk away. Safe, breakwater protected sandy beaches within 6 minute walk or 1 min car drive. Taxi rank 4 minute walk away, with a taxi to town costing just €2.80 where many more exquisite restaurants and long wide sandy beach can be found with life guards in attendance. Kim was very responsive to any messages and checkin/out was a breeze! Thanks for a lovely stay!

I booked for my family. They had a very good time, a quiet place, the apartment is very nice and there is everything you need. Kim is always available and all the instructions are very clear.

Great property in a cracking location The apartment was everything we could have wanted. Modern, stylish with all the mod cons. Smart tv with Sky/TNT sports and movies with catch up, was a bonus. Beds were very comfortable. Just a 6min walk to the supermarket. Taxis into the centre of Caleta were only 3 or 4€. And no more than 15mins from the airport. Kim was very quick to respond to any queries. We were even able to have a late check out. We’re already planning a return trip. As a golfer who didn’t take his clubs, it was torture, as the property overlooks the 3rd green of Fuerteventura G.C. Won’t be making that mistake again!

Stunning apartment in a great location and clean/secure complex. Host was friendly and offered a great service. Will return.
