Hello, we are Karin and Ralf. After years of hard work in our own business, we decided to leave it in the capable hands of our son and build a new life in Spain. We discovered Comares, immediately lost our hearts there and decided to stay. Our lives took a delightful turn with this. When La Pendolera came up for sale, we didn't hesitate for a second. Refurbishing this very popular holiday home and renting it out so that our guests can experience the charm of this region immediately appealed to us.
