We have 2 properties. One in Cambria and this one in Templeton. They are about 30 miles apart. We have been renting our Cambria home for about 3 years. The Templeton home has been rented now for a few months. We purchased this home because of the views and the proximity to some great wineries and restaurants. We love to travel and love to share our beautiful home.
