David and I have owned our villa for 15+ years, having had it built for us. At the time, we had no intention of renting it and so it has been furnished very much as a beautiful home, rather than a rental property, and we have been fortunate that everyone who has stayed at the villa during the past 8 years have always treated as that, looking after it for us impeccably! During the summers we have been here, we have very much enjoyed the outdoor living, taking advantage of the private pool, jacuzzi, bbq and al fresco dining, watching the sun set over the village and the mountains. We also will never get tired of the views across to the mediterranean as the sun rises each day. Cabrera itself is a wonderful sleepy village, with lots of life, there are always people out and about, off for walks, playing tennis at the local club or petanca. The little bar, El Arco, and El Riad restaurant, both within walking distance from the villa, are always open and the owners very friendly and welcoming. As yet we have never had an unhappy client and more often than not, they return time and time again!
