This villa is just brilliant, but like everything there are down sides. However, the bad is greatly outweighed by the good.
Villa Fount 2 is based on the outskirts of Dalyan surrounded by a pomegranate orchard, it is a shame these were not quite ready but end of August early September they will be.
The villa is connected to Villa Fount 1 which are backed on to each other, this one is less private as it is on the front and needs to be walked past to get to Villa 2.
The pictures really do not do this place justice, it is truly idyllic. The inside is big, spacious and comfortable, two double rooms and a twin all have air conditioning. The beds are very firm which is ok for me but that depends on your preference.
Downstairs has a big kitchen plenty of cutlery and stuff to cook with if you plan to eat in.
The pool is just great and very private, the other villa can not see what is going on unless they come round, booking both of these villas would be perfect for a larger group. The pool is cleaned daily and is great as you can use it at your leisure even the little ones with arm bands can be watched from the side without worrying about the rowdy crowds you get in a hotel complex.
Akay who cleans the pool also owns a boat, we paid for a private trip with 5 of us and was charged 500tl (£125), this was well worth the money, it was truly a brilliant day on the river and the food was sublime. I have done the public boat tours and this was my first private and I can assure everyone it will be private from now on.

This place is truly beautiful.
Now for the bad, and this will only be bad for some.
The walk into town is a bit further than I would have liked it is around (1 - 1.5km's) 20 - 25 minutes but you can get a cab and they will pick you up or drop you off anywhere in Dalyan for 15tl. In 40 degree heat or early evening this is a bit of a slog, if you cant walk far then it would probably not be ideal for you, pay a bit more and go closer to town.
The other thing that puts me off is there is no WIFI again some will be happy with this but teenagers are not. and all TV is in Turkish except for BBC world news.
These are the only two gripes and may not be a problem for most, taxis are available so don't be completely put off if your older or have disabilities, if you do not like the idea of taxis then book closer to town otherwise this place is perfect and you will not regret it.
We found booking on Clickstay.com the cheapest and an easy process, we used Kaunostours.com for transfers £76 as they know the property again this was perfect.
