Second stay at this villa, very well equipped and clean with nice private pool. A little way out of town but taxis very cheap and reliable. Would stay again.

A beautiful villa, spacious and well kept, far enough away from the centre of Dalyan to feel really peaceful but close enough to walk in for the shops and restaurants. We were greeted by the owner's family who were staying in the adjacent villa and made us feel very welcome. Around the pool is secluded and peaceful, surrounded by fruit trees. We would definitely recommend and will hopefully go back again soon. Thank you.

Had an excellent stay at Villa Fount, the Villa was peaceful with wonderful mountain views, the villa and pool area were spotlessly clean to a very high standard. The pool area was lovely and cleaned first thing in the morning. The owners were staying in the adjoining villa at the time we were there and we had a lovely breakfast with them on the day we were departing, thank you. The walk into town takes around 15 to 20 minutes, Can’t wait to return to Villa Fount next year.

Clean, large and spacious. Well kept, clean pool. Very useful to have use of the bikes as its a bit of a walk to town otherwise. Owner very helpful indeed and easy to get hold of by phone. Its hard to find in Dalyan but owner did his utmost to help Dalyan was a great place to visit, loads to do, v picturesque, atmospheric

This villa is just brilliant, but like everything there are down sides. However, the bad is greatly outweighed by the good. Villa Fount 2 is based on the outskirts of Dalyan surrounded by a pomegranate orchard, it is a shame these were not quite ready but end of August early September they will be. The villa is connected to Villa Fount 1 which are backed on to each other, this one is less private as it is on the front and needs to be walked past to get to Villa 2. The pictures really do not do this place justice, it is truly idyllic. The inside is big, spacious and comfortable, two double rooms and a twin all have air conditioning. The beds are very firm which is ok for me but that depends on your preference. Downstairs has a big kitchen plenty of cutlery and stuff to cook with if you plan to eat in. The pool is just great and very private, the other villa can not see what is going on unless they come round, booking both of these villas would be perfect for a larger group. The pool is cleaned daily and is great as you can use it at your leisure even the little ones with arm bands can be watched from the side without worrying about the rowdy crowds you get in a hotel complex. Akay who cleans the pool also owns a boat, we paid for a private trip with 5 of us and was charged 500tl (£125), this was well worth the money, it was truly a brilliant day on the river and the food was sublime. I have done the public boat tours and this was my first private and I can assure everyone it will be private from now on. A few prices around the area Beer 10 - 12tl (Bottle and Draught) Cocktails 15 - 20tl Fizzy or Juice 5tl Spirits 12 - 15tl Turkish Dish - 30 - 35tl Steak - 50 - 60tl Fish Dish 30 - 35tl Pizza 20 - 25tl Kids Meal 15 - 25tl All restaurants and bars are around the same price. The ones we visited - Please see separate reviews. The Four Seasons - 3 visits The Olive Garden Hanadan White House Jiks Bar Efe Bar Sofra Bar Rock Bar This place is truly beautiful. Now for the bad, and this will only be bad for some. The walk into town is a bit further than I would have liked it is around (1 - 1.5km's) 20 - 25 minutes but you can get a cab and they will pick you up or drop you off anywhere in Dalyan for 15tl. In 40 degree heat or early evening this is a bit of a slog, if you cant walk far then it would probably not be ideal for you, pay a bit more and go closer to town. The other thing that puts me off is there is no WIFI again some will be happy with this but teenagers are not. and all TV is in Turkish except for BBC world news. These are the only two gripes and may not be a problem for most, taxis are available so don't be completely put off if your older or have disabilities, if you do not like the idea of taxis then book closer to town otherwise this place is perfect and you will not regret it. We found booking on Clickstay.com the cheapest and an easy process, we used Kaunostours.com for transfers £76 as they know the property again this was perfect.

We stayed at the villa August 2015. It definitely met our expectations. It was as described and although there are two villas on either side one was empty and the other although occupied didn't interfere with our stay. We had rented out both villas as we were a group of two families, both villas are identical and had enough crockery and pots and pans needed to cater for ourselves. the view from the villa is also undisturbed and of the surrounding mountains. If I stayed in dalyan again I would definitely want to stay at villa fount again and I will be recommending to friends and family

We have just got back from Villa Fount and have had a fantastic holiday. This is the second time in Dalyan but at a different villa....we prefer the 'out of the way...and not overlooked' type of villa. This is exactly what we found! The villa was exceptionally clean, and as described. At the time of our stay there was not anybody staying in the neighbouring villa so we weren't sure if it made it more pleasant from the point of view that it was so peaceful...and that we could make as much noise as we liked without disturbing others! It is away from the town but we hired a moped...just to be able to buy provisions from the supermarket without having to walk in the heat! Cannot fault it if you want to be away from the crowds but handy for the town in the evening......only gripe is that the beds are very firm and would've preferred a plain cotton top sheet rather than the 'waffle' bed cover that was supplied. Definitely will return for another holiday.

We stayed nine days at Villa Fount in August 2014. This was our second trip to Dalyan and last time we stayed much closer to the village, so we were a bit nervous about the "isolation" of this property. After our stay, we could not be happier of our choice. The first shops and restaurants are only ten minutes walk through a trail that runs between fields of pomegranate and with the legendary mountain views. If we did not feel like waling either directions or when we had too much groceries to carry from town, taxis were readily available in the street or a simple phone call away and were very affordable too. The neighborhood feels extremely safe and friendly and the place is amazingly quiet and relaxing at all times. The pool is totally private with no other property overlooking it. The inside is fantastic for a vacation home, clean well equipped and welcoming. Large modern windows let in generous amounts of sunlight and all the appliances are perfectly functional. The kitchen was more than we expected with plenty of china and silverware for all our needs. Only one caveat, there was no dining table. so we had to use the patio table for all our dining needs. Overall a great stay well worth every penny.

Good value for money, clean and peaceful villa with mountain views. Lovely pool area. Be prepared for about a 20 minute walk into town along a rocky track, however, 4 bikes (shared with the attached villa) are provided for quick shopping trips.
