My Name is Patrick Clarke and I live in small village called Ballina/Killaloe on the river Shannon in Southern Ireland. We started visiting Zakynthos around 2004 and fell in love with the Island. In 2006 decided to purchase one of the 15 villas being built just outside Tsilivi. We love the weather, people and food and have had many wonderful family holidays there since 2006. We normally visit once or twice yearly and we rent out the villa through our management company , for the remainder of the summer months. Access have improved for us since Ryan air started direct flights from Dublin to Zakynthos. The villa is just a 15 minute drive from the airport, so we can be in the pool within 30 minutes from arrival.
