Luxury Villa with Swimming Pool, Pool Table, Foosball & Carrom-P4

Welcome to Villa Calangute Phase 4, where guests return year after year. This villa can accommodate up to 9 people with three bedrooms and 3 extra mattresses can be provided. All bedrooms within the property are serviced by an air conditioning unit. The green master bedroom has a double bed whereas the other bedrooms have twin beds (which can come together as a king). All bedrooms are furnished with a ceiling fan, seating, wardrobe, mirror and bedside table. One bedroom is located on the ground floor so is ideal for people with particular mobility requirements. The other two bedrooms are located on the first floor. All windows to the villa have meshed insect blinds.

Cooking: The kitchen is well equipped with utensils, gas burners, cutlery, crockery, mixer, microwave, toaster, fridge, freezer, kettle, washing machine, etc. You can cook yourself or we can provide Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner, made by professional cooks or delivered by a restaurant for an additional cost. If you wish to opt for a cook, this should be confirmed at the time of the booking. We have limited cooks and it will be difficult to provide the service last minute. Your cook will only be booked once fully payment is made towards this service.

Two Bathrooms- each contain hand basin, vanity mirror, bidet, western style WC and shower with hot and cold water. The green master bedroom has an en suite bathroom. The lemon and pink bedroom have a common bathroom.

Kitchen- offers everything that a self-catered villa would need with clean worktops and fitted cupboards. The kitchen is fully furnished with a fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, 4 ring gas stove with oven, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

AC Living Room- on the ground floor opens out onto a covered terrace leading into the garden and there is also seating in the front porch. The living room has a L shaped sofa and coffee table. LCD Television with Tata Sky and board games are also provided.

Dining Room- the villa has a separate dining area with comfortable seating for 6 people.

Garden- the whole villa is immaculately kept as are the surrounding gardens. The charming garden is very pretty and well tended and stocked with fruit trees. A large lawn area around the swimming pool provides for ample space to lounge around, sunbathe, have a BBQ and offers the kids an opportunity to run about. The villa has an outdoor-seated area situated under a wood fashioned pergola – ideal for those poolside BBQ’s!

Shared Swimming Pool between PHASE 3 and PHASE 4 - If the rigors of the beach prove too much, your own shared swimming pool, with kid's pool and sun loungers and are on hand. The 9m by 4m swimming pool consists of a 4m by 2m kid's pool and is managed weekly by French company (Desjoyaux Pools Pvt Ltd). The dilemma is whether to hang around the pool or take a 10 minute walk to the sea and beach! Large DJ music speakers are strictly not permitted near the pool area. Management takes no responsibility for any violations by neighbours/police due to this music and music will be stopped by security staff.

Parking – is gated and provided within the grounds of the villa.

• Done daily for 4 hours.
• Bed linen and towels are provided and changed every 5th day.

Once you have confirmed your booking, we will send you a link in which you can purchase extra shopping items which will be ready for you on your arrival. We do not charge for this extra service, you only pay for the items purchased.

The external grounds of the villa are monitored by CCTV surveillance offering you additional security.
