Relaxing week in Marina di Ragusa. Property a 3 minute drive to a large supermarket and 25 minute walk to the town centre and beach with an abundance of good restaurants and shops. Owners were easy to contact and responded to requests positively and quickly. The pool is large and well maintained with sun loungers and a couple of chairs.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Patricia’s villa. We had hot weather for Oct so we were able to enjoy being outside & the swimming in the pool. The kitchen is well appointed with a small amount of basics already stocked. We found some of the outdoor furniture to be in tired condition or broken. Patricia explained that as it was the end of her season, it would be replaced for the next high season. Patricia was very helpful suggesting nearby restaurants & grocery stores & places to visit. Overall a fabulous home base for our week in Italy!

The property itself was lovely. Very clean and owners extremely helpful. The area not so, its in a very rural area with nothing around it. A car is essential.

2 bedroom holiday villa in Sardinia, Italy, with private pool
Owner checked you in and out. Had to pay 60 euros for cleaning and electricity meter was read and you had to pay for electricity. Water very intermittent and seemed somehow linked to the electricity. When you ran the water the lights flickered. Kitchen sink kept getting blocked. The owner told us he lived behind. He was on the property daily, watering the grass, moving equipment (lawn mower) moving the food bin. Far to present when you want to relax in the middle of nowhere. The pool was excellent and the out door space was great. Good size property, a short car drive to the beach or a 30 min walk. Beach was lovely, unspoiled and the sea was like stepping into a warm bath and crystal clear. If you don’t mind the owner being around all the time then a great villa. The owner was very friendly, we just prefer not to have someone around hence hiring a villa in the middle of nowhere.

the property is perfect for family trips: each room has an independant bath room ther is a lot of equipments (pool, play area, etc...) and enough space for big group ( we were 18 people). the area is not most know of italy but offer a lot of activity ( sight seing (perugia, montepulciano), lake activities, etc..) the play area is old and might require the renewal of some equipment in future, but they are still goods and kids have loved it.
