Our two storey villa will definitely meet your needs; large, modern (completed in 2011), luxury, fully equipped & with anti-seismic protection! The house is ideal for couples, families and older people who seek an enjoyable and relaxing vacation in a natural & seaside environment, as it is located very close to whatever you need while -simultaneously- far enough from anything noisy or disturbing! (read more in "the neighbourhood" section) Moreover, there are 2 beaches in a distance of just 70-150m, Saint Nicholas (70m - little one) and Piso Livadi (150m - large one) while multiple others within 4 km away (Logaras 700m - Punda 1,3 km - Kalogeros & Molos 4km) [see photos in the gallery]

The neighborhood.

The neighborhood is quiet, with traditional houses and hotels of Cycladic architectural style where the blue & white colour combination, dominates. At a distance of 100 to 200m you can find: mini market/grocery, grill house ("souvlaki" restaurant), restaurants & fish taverns, cafes/bars, bakery, souvenir/clothing/jewelry stores, ATM, car/scooter rental agency, bus stop/service, 2 beaches (a large and a little one) etc.

𝙏𝙄𝙋 • You can also take advantage of your stay at our villa in a smart way; you can use it as a base (too) for visiting other popular Greek islands such as Naxos, Santorini, Mykonos, Delos, Koufonissia and Antiparos! One-day cruises (with round trip ticket) depart from Piso Livadi marina every day, which means that you can return to the villa on the same day, late in the afternoon!

House Rules & Important Info

• Pets are not allowed except for birds in a cage!
• Smoking is not permitted indoors, only outdoors.
• Please respect the quiet hours: (official in Greece) 15:00-17:30 and 23:00-07:00
• Please don't forget to turn off all electrical appliances such as air-conditioners etc. when leaving the house!
• Air-conditioners' temperature shouldn't be set below 22°C.
• Up to 2 babies can be accepted however only 1 can be accommodated with the cot/crib we provide, free of charge. In case of a 2nd baby please bring your own portable.
• Despite the website's note "Infants don't count towards this", when selecting your number of guests, please be aware that booking requests which exceed the max no of 9 -including babies- won't be accepted. (e.g. 8 Adults and/or Children + 2 Infants) However an Infant won't be surcharged, as an extra guest, if it is the 9th person of a reservation.
• If the 9th person of a reservation is 3+ yo, the extra charge is 45€‎/night.
• A compulsory 15€‎/night "Climate Crisis Resilience Fee" has been imposed to us by the Greek Govt. According to guidelines it should be paid separately, upon arrival and you will get a receipt for its payment.
• For safety reasons, an outdoor camera is monitoring the swimming pool area.
