The living area is open plan with two dining areas. The lounge and kitchen dinner lead onto the patio and pool area complete with sun loungers, patio table and chairs. The property has a games room, which consists of table tennis, darts, mini and xbox 360. Games can be hired using red box system from Walmart & Walgreens.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, microwave, coffee maker, blender, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and utensils, crockery, pots and pans etc.
