MILOS BAY VILLAS (sleeps 6)

Milos Bay Villas are situated on Lefkas island on the West coast of the island. Just fifteen minute drive from Lefkas town and two minutes from the pretty seaside village of Agios Nikitas.

Milos Bay Villas is a small private complex of 7 villas, each with their own private pool, situated in the most secret and secluded beach of Greece. Carved into the cliffs above the truly un-spoilt beach of Milos on the West coast of Lefkas. They were built on two facing platforms, capturing the best of the stunning views over the Mediterranean. A private staircase of 148 steps cut down into the cliffs takes you down to what is virtually your own private beach. Even in the height of summer the only other access to Milos beach is from Agios Nikitas village, by taxi boat or a difficult footpath. This will not be an ordinary holiday. This will be an experience to be remembered and repeated for years!

They have private pools and one has its own outdoor Jacuzzi, superbly designed with decking areas for sunbathing while you overlook the stunning blues of the Mediterranean. The pools are very close to the villas, so that children can be kept an eye on. And there are sunbeds, chairs and a large table with 2 parasols beside each pool. On a warm afternoon you can enjoy your meal on the large terrace in front of your villa and contemplate the unforgettable sunsets and the panoramic views of the finest beach in Greece.

We recommend a car for the Milos Bay Villas, so that you can explore the whole of the beautiful island, though the local village is just a 10 minute walk away.

All villas have been built to a very high standard, offering the up-most in comfort and style.
The villas have natural stone walls, traditional wooden doors & windows, each villa enjoying its own privacy. These 4 tastefully designed houses show the characteristics of the old local buildings.

Features include dark wood floors, ceilings and windows (with traditional lace curtains) with matching furniture, as well as leather settees and large scatter rugs that make the villas feel very homely.

Ground Floor : An open plan living / dining / kitchen area with full cooking facilities, fitted oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and mini bar. Also included is an automatic washing machine, satellite TV, WIFI and full reverse cycle air conditioning.

The two double bedrooms offer lovely sea views and are generous in size. They have four-poster beds and one of them has an en-suite shower room. There is a large bathroom, which is accessed from the lounge area. Above the living room there is a gallery with two single beds.

The bathroom and shower room are marble floored and tiled with quality fittings.

Above the villas there is a large car parking area for your party's use.

LEFKAS nestles away in the center of the main Ionian Islands and is the only island linked to mainland Greece. A swing bridge gives easy access by road, with the newly extended and refurbished airport of Preveza about a 30 minute drive. The island and the surrounding area has a lot to offer, anything from sailing, windsurfing, cycling, scuba-diving, walking, exploring ancient archaeological sites or just that lazy beach holiday.

You will probably find some of the most picturesque views around, looking out from the calmer waters of the East coast overlooking the famous Onassis island of Scorpios, the other islands and mainland Greece and in contrast, on the west coast you will find the best beaches and most spectacular sunsets.

LEFKAS maintains its charm because of the strict building laws, which do not allow high storey blocks.

Groceries and tavernas can be found in the village of Agios Nikitas, a 2 minute drive away... or just a ten minute walk!
