Villa Alex is perfectly located in the exclusive development of Blue Water bay. The villa itself has sea views from some rooms and is just 100 meters walking distance to the beach with private access, and less than 100 – 150 meters to a range of local restaurants, shops and facilities.

The villa offers quality furnishings, fully integrated kitchen with dishwasher and more. The living area is equipped with a large flat screen TV and Satellite TV Box with access to 1000+ international channels. Wi-Fi internet access is also available.

Upstairs offers a family bathroom, 2 double bedrooms one of which is an En-Suite and 1 twin bedroom.
