VILLA PRIORA GRANDE Priora - Sorrento area

Situated on one of the most panoramic areas of the Sorrento Peninsula, Villa Priora Graande is the top section of a very large villa and enjoys breath taking views of the Gulf of Naples with Mount Vesuvius on the back ground and Sorrento below.

It features large terraced, sea view, furnished patios and terraces where you can spend unforgettable days enjoying outdoor meals, bask in the sun by the private swimming pool, Gym, a pizza oven and Barbecue.

Access to Villa is through electric gates off the main road into designated car park (2 cars) and up 50 steps to the second terraced garden which allows entrance into a dining room with open plan kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle, coffee machine, 4 gas burner stove, electric oven. French doors lead to a large furnished terrace with breathtaking sea views.

Corridor leads to 3 double bedrooms each with balcony and sea view one with a safe, 2 bathrooms with shower cubicle.

At the end of the corridor there is a lounge with bay windows over the Bay of Naples. This lounge has a double sofa bed and can be suitable for extra two persons.

The dependence is just a little apart from the rest of the villa and may be excluded in low Season for smaller parties, up to 8 people, therefore just Villa Bianca. In the dependence there are two more bedrooms with two en-suite bathroom / shower, mini fridge, safe and large terrace.

The private swimming pool, measuring 3 m. X 10 m., is reached by climbing 32 steps from the villa, on this level you will find an outdoor shower, a bathroom with wc and wash basin, pizza oven and barbecue. There is also a solarium of about 140 square meters, this is undoubtedly the most beautiful area of the villa where you can spend unforgettable days enjoying the swimming pool, view of the sea and the Gulf or a pleasant breakfast or dinner.

Equipment at the guests disposal: Laundry room with washing machine, dryer, Gym room, BBQ, satellite TV, air conditioning/heating in all the rooms, microwave oven, electric oven, dishwasher, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, Wi-Fi internet, Safe.

Check-in procedure
Check-in time is between 4,00 and 8,00 p.m. You will be met and taken to the booked accommodation, asked for a photo copy of your Id or passport, any extras and the Breakage deposit (in cash only in any currencies) € 1.000,00 – this is refunded on your departure day, less any breakages.

We strongly recommend contacting our land agents the day before or early morning of your arrival day, to let them know how you intend getting to the resort and approximate arrival time, they will in this occasion be able to advise of any local fiestas, roads closed etc...

Check-out time is between 07:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
On departure the property has to be left tidy, with the kitchen clean and free from trash. Should these conditions not be respected, there will a deduction from the deposit - amount corresponding to the extra cleaning time

Arrival and departure times can be arranged outside these times for this service a supplement of € 55,00 is applied.

Local Supplements:

Household linen and service: Mandatory, € 300,00 per week, payable locally in cash.

City tax: Mandatory, is € 3,00 per person, per day, payable locally in cash.

Electricity: Mandatory, € 0,35 per Kw, payable locally in cash.

Gas: Mandatory, € 4,00 per cubic meter, payable locally in cash.

Please note: The first € 50,00 per week consumes are included in rental cost.

Extra Services if required - advance notice may be required:

Baby Cot and Highchair (with linen) € 55,00 per week payable locally.

NOTES:

Rental tariff includes consumes of water, Gas and Electricity / air conditioning up to the amount of € 50,00 - if it is exceeded, the following will be charged: Gas € 4 cubic meters. -Electricity and air conditioning € 0.35 kw Weekly linen change for bedroom linen, bath towels and pool towels changed twice a week (Tuesday and Thursday) Cleaning for 4 hours twice a week (Tuesday and Thursday) of: bathrooms, bedrooms, living room and dining room of the villa. Cleaning and arrangement of the roof, solarium and pool area with garden.

Gym (from 13.30 to 18.30) unless otherwise agreed.

Occasionally the owner stays on the lower floors of the villa.
