The Big Disney Villa

Windwood Bay is located in a superb position for you and your family to take advantage of all that Orlando and Florida has to offer. The community can be found just off Ronald Regan Parkway (CR54), just 2 miles from the Interstate 4 and within 10 minutes of the US192 and the US27. These roads are three of the main routes in the area and give quick and easy access to all the attractions as well as the Gulf Coast and the east coast. You can be driving through the gates of Walt Disney World in around 15 minutes (6 miles) and are under 30 minutes from the majority of the main attractions such as Universal Studios, Sea World and the multitude of attractions at International Drive.

This luxurious two storey home comprises of over 2,500 sq ft of air conditioned and heated living space, with enough room to comfortably accommodate 8 adults in 4 good sized bedrooms.

The villa has its own luxurious private swimming pool and Jacuzzi spa. Furnishings include chairs with foot stools, a table and sun loungers, allowing you to lie back, relax and soak up the Florida sunshine while enjoying an alfresco lunch and drinks in the evening as the sun sets. The pool and deck area are protected by a screen enclosure to keep everything nice and clean.

The pool and spa are fitted with coloured LED lights for nightime swimming.

The villa contains four large bedrooms allowing up to 8 adults to sleep comfortably. Two of the bedrooms are Master suites with walk in closets and large bathrooms. The other two are Twin rooms served by a separate bathroom. All four rooms can be found upstairs and each has its own flat screen television and ceiling fan.

The villa has two dining areas. The first is located at the front of the villa and adjoins the Living room. It has a round glass topped table and four chairs. The second dining area is located at the rear of the property and has a large wooden table and six chairs. There are also patio doors which floods the whole area with light as well as giving access to the pool deck with woodland views.

The villa has two separate seating areas, the Family room and the Living room. Both rooms can be found on the ground floor and are furnished to a high standard, with comfortable sofas and plenty of table space.​

The Family room can be found at the rear of the villa and has two large windows overlooking the pool deck and conservation land beyond. It contains a large luxurious 'U' shaped sofa and an entertainment centre, which features a 55" 4K Rouk television with all the most popular apps installed (some require subscriptions), DVD player and a selection of family movies.

The modern fully fitted kitchen comes complete with every modern convenience, including a cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer/ice machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, waffle maker and Keurig coffee machine. There is also seating for four at the large breakfast counter.

​We have a high capacity washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board located in the laundry room which can be found just off the kitchen area. There are also hangers and drying racks.

To add to your enjoyment we have converted our two car garage into a fun Games Room. The room features a full size pool table, air hockey table and foosball table.

Management services are provided by a local company which ensures the lawns, pool and house are kept in immaculate condition. We hope you love staying in our fantastic villa just as much as we do.
