The first floor provides an open and airy feeling within the living, dining, and kitchen areas. Features include a comfy couch for lounging, a flat screen monitor for viewing, a unique and rustic dining table with seating for six, a carefully thought-out L-shaped kitchen with lots of counter and cabinet space plus upscale appliances, (including a dishwasher) an island prep station/breakfast bar with seating for four, and a strategically placed ½-bath.
Ascending the stairwell to the top floor reveals one bedroom with 1-queen sized bed and ample storage, followed by a second bedroom with 1-queen sized bed and ample storage, 1-full bath, (tub/shower combo) and a laundry cubby with a full-sized stack washer and dryer. There’s also a larger third (main) bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, ample storage, and a very nice ¾-bath ensuite. Plus, there’s a portable crib and a portable kennel to assist in facilitating your family group.

Outside, you’ll discover a very nice front yard area, along with a gas grill, and a private outdoor HOT TUB to enjoy while listening to the sound of the river nearby! Don’t forget Fido; this pet-friendly, (2-pet maximum, No Exceptions) WIFI equipped*, and monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 6-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, nature viewing and golf. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don't forget your camera...the photography is unsurpassed year-round!
