The first floor features an open living/dining/kitchen area with a dishwasher, a built-in microwave oven, a French door refrigerator, an island workstation/breakfast bar, a dining table, an electric reclining couch and loveseat, a freestanding gas fireplace to cozy up to, a large flat screen monitor, one bedroom with 1-full sized bed, one full bath complete with a jetted tub, plus outside access to a covered front porch…perfect for relaxing with your favorite beverage, and access to a large platform deck with a gas grill and a new hot tub through the rear entrance...perfect for picnicking and entertaining! Ascending the staircase to the second floor reveals one bedroom with 1-king sized bed, a second bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, and a third bedroom with 1-full size bed, plus another full bath. Don’t forget Fido. This pet-friendly (2-PET MAXIMUM, No Exceptions), WIFI equipped and monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 8-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).
