Excellent choice. This apartment is very well designed, modern, bright, very well equipped, space is valued. Built with quality materials, well furnished. Only the garage (essential in the neighborhood) deserves a flat because very narrow. Built for cars from the 60s.

Comfortable, clean and modern apartment with a balcony and a beautiful view. For this garage place. Near shops and a tram stop (the center goes about 10 minutes). I would recommend.
