Tucked away at the end of a cul-de-sac within the prestigious Snowline resort-recreational community, your family will feel like they’re staying in a true rustic-modern cabin-in-the-country…because they are! This 2-story, 3-bedroom, 2-bath timber frame cabin will provide the backdrop for many lasting memories. The first floor features a combination laundry and gear storage room with a full-size washer and dryer, an open kitchen, dining, and living area with a breakfast bar, heated floors, a dining table with seating for six, and a comfy living area with a hide-a-bed, a free-standing wood-burning fireplace, (firewood provided) and a ¾-bath. Just outside there’s a covered wraparound porch/deck with a gas grill and eating area on one side, and a private hot tub on the other side. Ascending the wood frame staircase to the second floor reveals one bedroom with 2-twin sized beds, a second bedroom with 2-twin sized beds, and a “master” bedroom with 1-king sized bed, plus an ensuite bathroom equipped with a soaker tub, and a small adjoining room with seating and a flat screen monitor equipped with a Blu Ray player. This pet-friendly, wifi-equipped, and monitored family vacation property will sleep 6 to 8-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is in the process of dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE WiFi SERVICE fails to function properly.

Snowline is a family focused community with plenty of recreational activities. Amenities include a seasonal outdoor heated pool, fishing pond for kids 12 and under, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, children's playground, and a large playing field. There are plenty of trails throughout the community along with access to the Nooksack River. Snowline is located at the edge of the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities.

The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, nature viewing, tennis, and golf. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don't forget your camera...the photography is unsurpassed year-round!

In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to treat this private residence with the utmost respect at all times, as well as to be mindful of neighboring residences, and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitees' actions and would be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately.
