Residential area but commercial is not far away. Lots of greenery and local parks with trails, tennis courts, and playgrounds.
A car is needed on weekends as there is no bus service. On other days one can manage without it with the bus stop being about a 12-minute walk away. On weekends, the nearest bus stop is a 30 minute walk. Uber is available easily at all times.

The pool is unsupervised (i.e. no lifeguards but has a rescue tube life saving equipment) and there is no fence enclosing it. All guests and their dependents must use the pool only at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety at all times. By making this reservation you are acknowledging acceptance of this information. Ideally we would like the renter or at least one person in the group to be over 25 years. The house is for residential purposes only, and we reserve the right to reject the booking for parties unless agreed to on case to case basis with us. This is a non smoking property. The pool is now closed for the season, will re-open after winter.
FOR RESIDENTIAL STAY ONLY: The renter/s photograph/s must be clearly visible on the profile on Rentalsystems. The actual renter must be present at the time of check unless agreed with us prior otherwise we reserve the right not to allow check in and/or cancel the booking. No 3rd party bookings please.
