The villa is located in Sainte Lucie de Porto Vecchio, South Corsica and overlooking the famous Pinarello bay.At the top of the hill, villa with seaview and mountain view on the Alta Rocca mountains.

The villa has been completely refurbished over the last 3 years and is nicely decorated to enjoy perfect vacations. More pictures on the villa website 'Villa Caramontinu'.

The villa is 3' drive from the beach and 5' drive from shops.

Organised on 3 levels, several families can have there own space while sharing the wonderful common spaces:

Level 3: master bedroom with its ensuite bathroom (bath + shower + WC), its private terrace overlooking the bay and a large closet
Level 2: living room with mountain view (balcony) with TV, dining room with access to the large terrace and pool, sea view; large kitchen with a US fridge and another fridge / freezer, 2 dishwashers, oven, microwave; a bedroom (double bed) with wonderful sea view; a large bathroom with bath and shower, a separate WC
Level 1: a bedroom (double bed) with ensuite bathroom with shower; a large kids' bedroom with 2 bunk beds and a sofa bed, a double bedroom with mountain view. Kids bedroom and mountain view bedroom share a bathroom with shower. Separate WC.

Outside, there is a nice garden with local trees and plants, a "petanque" space, heated pool 10*5 (April to October), a table for 10-12 people, a barbecue

Air conditioning in all rooms / heating in the winter (+ fireplace in the living room)

Pinarello Villa Services, the conciergerie, to welcome you, organise cleaning and provide bed sheets + towels.

Price includes: bed sheets, towels and cleaning at your arrival and after departure. If you stay 2 weeks there is intermediate cleaning as well.

Supermooi huis met 5 slaapkamers, badkamers, zwembad, tuin en veel faciliteiten. Wij hebben een toptijd. Corsica is ook heel mooi eiland.

Très belles vues dégagées mer et montagne. Maison très fonctionnelle nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille! Le wifi et les espaces de travail étaient parfaits. Des jouets à disposition pour les enfants et la piscine chauffée un vrai bonheur. Un accueil très chaleureux par Frederic très à l’écoute! Merci beaucoup!!

Wir waren zu Viert für eine Woche in diesem schönen Haus und haben es sehr genossen! Man merkt dass die Eigentümer selber oft vor Ort ihren Urlaub genießen. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld mit Marie war gut und Frederic hat vor Ort alles im Griff. Allein die letzten 300m bis zum Haus führen über einen Feldweg mit vielen Schlaglöchern und tiefen...
