This large five bedroom villa on Calabay Parc has everything you might be looking for. Fantastic location, excellent facilities and space for all the family. Shops, restaurants, golf courses and theme parks are all conveniently close. The inviting south-west facing pool deck has room for all the family, relax in the spa, soak up some rays or enjoy a dip in the pool.
Living Accommodation - Enter the villa to immediately find a formal dining area and family lounge with large comfy sofas, a flat-screen TV and doors to the pool deck. A second lounge has been furnished with comfy sofas, large flatscreen TV and a games console, the perfect place for the kids to hang out! The kitchen, equipped with everything you might need, has a breakfast bar and sits near a breakfast dining nook overlooking the pool. On the upstairs landing, there is another small lounge with seating and a computer, a great spot for catching up with emails or reading a book.
Bedrooms - The Master bedroom with King-size bed, en-suite bathroom and large walk-in closet sits on the ground floor off of the main lounge and offers access to the pool deck. Bedroom 2, also on the ground floor, has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom which can be accessed from the hallway. The other three bedrooms are upstairs. Bedroom 3 contains a Queen-size bed, and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. Bedroom 4 has a triple bunk bed (double at the bottom and single at the top), whilst bedroom 5 is a twin room and has been decorated in a style to suit any age.
Outdoor Living - Outside, the large south-west facing pool deck, with private pool and spa, offers plenty of space and privacy for the whole family, rural views and a large covered dining area for alfresco living. On one side the neighbours are set back, on the other there is a privacy hedge. This pool deck has four loungers.
Entertainment - The carpeted games room has been furnished with a pool table, table football and a basketball game. There is also a high top table and some bar stools for spectators.
Calabay Parc
Calabay Parc is a well-kept mature community just off the US27, five minutes away from both the popular US192 and the I-4 highway. Shops, restaurants, golf courses and theme parks are all within easy driving distances. The community, built around 2003, with just over 300 residences has a mixture of homes from 3 to 6 bedrooms built on large plots with well-maintained gardens on gently winding boulevards.
