Security deposit
One night rate value of the villa charged to client’s credit card by the owner before arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking at this property (or full payment if booking within 12 weeks of departure).

End of stay cleaning available?
Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

Smoking Allowed?
Smoking & Vaping are not permitted.

Minimum stay
5 nights during High & Low Season. 10 nights during Christmas & New Year.

Property manager levy?
Resort Registration fees apply - $25 per adult (15 years +) & $12 per child (4-12 years old). Upon booking, guests will be provided with a link for registration & payment (These rates are subject to change without notice).

Tax
18% Transfer of Industrialised Goods & Services (ITBIS) calculated at the time of booking.
