The beautiful Villa Son Vent is a brand new holiday villa, perfect to spend summer holidays together with family and friends. This charming villa is located in the Heart of Mallorca, nearby one of the most important city in this area: Inca. However, it does not mean that our guest will face the inconveniences or noise that one may encounter. It is actually surrounded by fields where one can easily disconnect from the hassle!

The main feature of this villa is its space, light, and feeling of neatness. There is a perfect symbiosis between the modern and rustic style, preserving its rural spirit. The house has been tastefully decorated, using Art Nouveau style furniture.

With respect to the layout of the house, it enjoys a 250 metres square area. The rooms of the house are distributed among the ground floor where the following chambers can be found: kitchen and living area, three sleeping rooms, three bathrooms (2 en-suite), open living room, covered terrace and outdoor area with swimming pool. Due to its features, this house is suitable to provide comfort to six people. It is a perfect setting either for groups of friends or families. Group of teenagers is allowed too, with previous notice.

The bright sleeping rooms are extremely comfortable and are endowed with double beds. The windows offer a great view of the scenery and nature letting the sunshine in as the house is sun-oriented.

The kitchen is fully supplied with 4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, an electric coffee machine and dining table. Connected to this area, with very cozy couches, and a big panoramic window, just for you to chill out! The TV has Satellite/Cable connection too. Air-conditioning available in all bedrooms and living area. Free Wifi internet connection throughout the property.

Two of the fancy bathrooms have a shower and one bathroom has bath/shower. Hair dryer is provided too. Towels and linen are at the disposal of the boarder.

The outdoors of this magnificent house is just great due to its space and the amenities it offers. Private swimming pool, patio, barbecue area, roofed terrace. It happens to be a great place for children to have some fun! In addition, Villa Son Vent´s non-indoors area is completely furnished with deck chairs, dining table and chairs. Families would appreciate to know that children’s high chair, as well as baby cot, are at hand. Private Parking on premises.

The Neighborhood:
Villa Son Vent is located in Santa Magdalena, a town very close to the city of Inca. Driving no more than 6 km one gets to all the facilities a big city has: supermarkets, shops, restaurants... Note that Inca is popularly known by its handmade leather products and industry. You would be able to seek for them every Thursdays in its town markets with its local products and craftsmanship’s. Water sports can be practiced in the harbor area, 23 km away from Villa Son Vent and the beaches are 25 km far.

Nevertheless, Santa Magdalena despite being a little town one will find it surprisingly entertaining. Just 2km away from the villa a huge wood can be found where one can see animals in the wild. Besides this, there are many hot spots that in the case of being into history, you will definitely find interesting as Sta Maria la Major church, monastery, Sant Bartomeu, old Dominican convent, St Francis convent, the retreat of Sta Magdalena.

· There’s a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax in cash on the day of arrival. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season.
