Osprey House

The villa is on the Orange Tree Community which is located on Highway 27, 2.5 miles north of US192. It is a quiet and well maintained community and offers a number of integral facilities. The villa is within a five minute walk of an all weather tennis court and 3 adjacent pickleball courts. Close to these is an open area with football (soccer) goals. A short walk further on is the kiddies playground with play equipment for the younger visitor. In season, visitors to the villa are able to pick oranges from the orange trees located on the estate.

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms, two masters with en-suite bathrooms, two twins and a further double, a spacious well equipped kitchen, dining room, airy family room, a 40'x15' extra large swimming pool and patio, a games room with a pool table and air hockey table. The villa's amenities include air conditioning (with whole home UV-C sanitizing system installed in the central HVAC), central heating, security system, safe, hair driers, telephone, WiFi, bed linen, house towels and pool towels. Should there be any problems during your stay, a local management company is available 24/7.

The family room is a spacious room which is equipped with cable TV. The room has access to the Lanai and pool area. Skylights provide a light and airy room in which to relax.

The dining area has a table with seating for 6. In addition the kitchen nook provides an extra 4 seats. In total there are 10 seats for dining

The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and pans and utensils.There is also a kitchen nook with seating for 4 people. The utility room houses a washer and a drier. The villa also has an ironing board and iron.

Bedroom 1 is a master bedroom with a king sized bed, ensuite with bath, separate shower and access to the pool area. There is also a TV, and a large walk-in closet. Bedroom 2 is another master bedroom with a king size bed, cable TV, ensuite with bath and overbath shower and access to the pool area.

Bedrooms 3 and 4 both have twin single beds with cable TV. Bedroom 3 shares a bathroom with bedroom 4.

Bedroom 5 is a double bedroom with a queen size bed and cable TV. Bedroom 5 has use of adjacent bathroom.

The games room has a bluetooth jukebox player, pool table, air hockey table and a selection of games equipment.

The pool area comprises a lanai, pool and deck. The undercover lanai contains a dining table with seating for 6, overhead lighting and a fan, and is accessible through both master bedrooms and the family room. Adjacent to the lanai is the pool and deck. The pool is an oversized, spacious pool at 40' x 15' (12m x 4.5m); heating for the pool can be arranged for an additional charge. The large deck backs on to a conservation area and provides an ideal place to sunbathe or just relax, and on a clear night you can catch some of the fireworks from the Magic Kingdom Theme Park at Disneyworld. On the deck is a second dining table with seating for 6 and 4 sun loungers. There is also a charcoal barbeque available for use at the side of the house.

Crib with bedding in addition to a Pack and Play crib with bedding, high chair and stroller are provided.

The villa is ideallly located, with Orlando International Airport 30-45 min, Sanford Int. Airport 1 1/2 hours, Tampa Int. Airport 1 1/2 hours, Themes Parks 15-20 mins and nearest shopping (Publix and Walmart) 5 min.
