The ground floor is fully furnished with table and seating in the lounge/dining areas for a maximum of 14 people.

The kitchen has extensive high quality units with granite surfaces.Built in oven,hob,extractor ,dishwasher, washing machine,and a double fridge freezer with built in ice maker. There is a microwave, kettle/toaster etc and all crockery and utensils ample up to 14 adults.

Washing machine ,iron ironing board and airers are available for your use in the separate utility/depot.

The floors to all reception and bedrooms are laid with cool marble tiles. All rooms throughout the house are fully air conditioned and central heating. A cot and high chair are also available.

On the ground floor you will find two double and two twin bedrooms and on the first floor there are three further bedrooms, 2 double and 1 twin. Five of the bedrooms are en suite, 2 share one full bathroom.Two of the bedrooms lead onto the large balcony,which is overlooking the swimming pool, ideal for sunset gazing.

Magnificent views of the mountains, situated in a rural part of Dalyan on the beach road, but within 20 minutes walking or 3 minutes driving distance to the centre of Dalyan. There is a small local market shop 10 minutes walk away. All restaurants will deliver and we can arrange shopping delivery for a fee. The centre of Dalyan features shops, bars, restaurants and you can catch local buses and boats to the beach. On a Saturday you will find a local market held in the market square. We can also arrange car hire, airport transfers, excursions and boat trips.
