Gem Rosa is a three bedroom, single storey villa set within an acre of private grounds overlooking the resort of Agios Stefanos, the surrounding lush countryside and olive groves, and offers stunning sea views towards the Diapontian Islands. The villa's grounds provide an extensive area for private sunbathing and dining.

The villa has a large, family-size swimming pool with access via Romans steps. The pool has an infinity wall with fabulous views out to sea. The infinity walls have gentle grassy slopes beside them, making it safe for children. The pool water is salt-chlorinated.

The villa sleeps 6 in three bedrooms. There is are two double sofa beds in the open-area lounge which can be used to accommodate extra guests at an extra cost.

The villa is in a private location within walking distance of both Arillas and Agios Stefanos, both of which have lovely sandy beaches with clear blue water, and a great selection of tavernas, restaurants, and bars.
