Pulling up to Casa Valle, you can already tell that luxury is on the cards throughout your stay. Its striking external beauty suggests traditional Mediterranean cosiness whilst its interior is nothing short of modern elegance.

Stepping into the spacious holiday home-away-from-home, cool tiled floors immediately help you escape the heat of the day and help to make the villa light and airy. A large open, but not quite open plan communal space is located on the ground floor with seamless transitions between the living room, diner and kitchen.

Your main living area is a large lounge decorated in calming neutral tones of cream and grey, with comfortable leather sofas focussed around a wall-mounted TV for entertainment. Large patio doors beside the TV open up directly onto the garden terrace and provide views of the pool and gardens.

Moving through the ground floor, you'll find yourself in the dining room - a bright, clean space with a large table for group meals and direct access to the terrace. To create your meals, a spacious modern kitchen is yours to use whenever you want. Whether you're whipping up a culinary storm for your friends and family or sneaking down for a midnight snack, the fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need.

On the lower floor, there's even more space for rest and recreation in the form of an additional living room, a full-sized pool table, a home gym and a sauna. There's also a laundry room that you can use for keeping on top of your washing up while you're away.

For sleeping, there are five bedrooms to choose from spread across the three floors. Each bedroom is decorated uniquely with either a king-size bed, double bed or two single beds that can be pushed together to form a double if desired. Three bedrooms have their own private en-suite bathroom, whereas two of the bedrooms on the upper level share a large modern family-style bathroom.

If the inside is sounding great, just wait until you see the outside. In the garden, a huge terrace is available for entertaining and relaxing with ample lounge furniture as well as an outdoor kitchen and second outdoor dining space.

Then to top it all off, you have the swimming pool - a gorgeous seawater pool with stepped entry and its own sun terrace complete with sun loungers surrounding it.

Location

Casa Valle enjoys a very envious location amongst visitors to the Costa del Sol. About halfway between lively Marbella and historic Estepona, Casa Valle is also just a stone's throw away from local amenities and top-notch golf clubs while retaining an atmosphere of luxurious tranquillity.

Getting to Casa Valle in the first place is an absolute doddle, with Malaga Airport roughly a 50-minute drive away. As you approach the villa, you'll notice the upmarket ambience of its neighbourhood's residents and quickly get into the mood for your upmarket escape.

Real Club de Golf Guadalmina, a gorgeous, expansive golf course, is within walking distance of your villa - taking just five minutes on foot or one minute in a car if you're bringing your equipment with you.

While there are a handful of bars within walking distance of Casa Valle, for socialising, you'll need to head further into the heart of town, about five minutes away by car, where you'll be able to find more bars restaurants and amenities like grocery stores.

Beaches are the name of the game on the Costa del Sol, with dozens of beautiful sandy beaches within driving distance. Your nearest beaches are the laid-back Playa de Linda Vista and Playa de San Pedro de Alcantara, both of which are about a five-minute drive away.

For the ultimate luxury escape, you can head into Marbella and rub shoulders with the rich and famous on its breath-taking golden beaches. Just a 25-minute drive away from Casa Valle, Marbella boasts some of the most exclusive bars and eateries along the Spanish seafront. Or, for a more relaxed visit, you can check out the historic old town and traditional market.
