Beautiful Villa Cheriva is a large cosy property situated on the outskirts of Benalmadena. This single-storey property is a great choice for families and small groups looking for a break in the sun at their own pace.

Combining the best of both worlds, Villa Cheriva gives you the option to join the fun in Benalmadena whenever you want or retreat to the peaceful privacy of your private villa if you want time to yourself. This cosy retreat is easy to find, set back down a quiet side street and opposite a chic modern apartment complex. Villa Cheriva is accessed by a private security gate that leads to a spacious courtyard where you can park several cars securely.

The main room of the villa is a combined living room and diner, with comfortable chairs and sofas and a TV for family viewing. A large family-style dining table is laid out ready for home-cooked meals and group activities like board games. Just off from the living room is the kitchen, a modern fully-equipped space with all the modern amenities and facilities you need to create culinary delights for your group.

Four bright and well-decorated bedrooms are yours to choose from while you stay at Villa Cheriva. The large master suite has a king-size bed, a private en-suite bathroom and direct access to the outdoor terrace. Two further bedrooms contain a double or two single beds and share a bathroom with a shower. Finally, the last bedroom also doubles as a kid-friendly playroom, containing a single bed, sofa, and a small library and games.

Outside, a large garden is yours to explore and enjoy with lots of green space and flowering trees and plants. All around the terrace is a wall of trees and well-kept hedges, providing natural privacy while using the gardens. On the terrace, your large swimming pool can easily accommodate your entire group at once for pol games and cooling off. Around the pool, comfortable sun loungers are lined up to help you catch the rays. When the sun is shining, which is most of the time on the Costa del Sol, a second dining table is located outside for al fresco dining and drinking.Villa Cheriva is located on the outskirts of Benalmadena, making its home in the foothills of the emerging mountain range beyond. Although this location provides guests with peace and quiet close to the lively town centre, the area can be quite steep and hilly in places, so you'll need a car to get around.

Thanks to the beautiful natural landscape and rugged terrain around the villa, hiking is a popular pastime amongst the locals and visitors. If you're feeling up to it, be sure to take the chance to take in the views of Benalmadena and the Mediterranean Sea from above.

Getting to the villa is really easy as Benalmadena is well-served by both local and national road links. To get to the villa, your nearest airport is in Malaga which is roughly a 20-minute drive away. Once you arrive, the local area is draped in leafy green trees and bright blooming flowers while dramatic mountains rise out of the distance behind.

You'll really benefit from renting a car during your stay as Villa Cheriva is quite far back from Benalmadena's centre. Not only that, the walk back to Villa Cheriva from the centre of town can be very steep in places and takes around an hour on foot.

Once in town, you can enjoy the lively buzz that comes from staying in a popular destination. Everything you and your fellow holidaymakers could need to enjoy your break is on your doorstep, with supermarkets, local boutiques, delicious restaurants, and world-class beaches being just the tip of the iceberg.

Golf aficionados are well-served, with multiple golf courses located around the region. If you fancy a game during your stay, the nearest courses are Golf Torrequebrada and Benalmadena Golf, both of which are only a ten-minute drive away from Villa Cheriva.

End of stay cleaning available?
Extra €350 for stays of 7 days or less, payable to Oliver's Travels with the balance payment. This amount will rise to €390 for stays of more than 7 days. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
