Abra apartment offers a spacious, fully furnished and air-conditioned throughout, two bedroomed accommodation with private shared pool. The ground floor apartment includes satellite TV, DVD player, CD player, safe, fridge, washing machine, gas hob, electric oven, dining table and chairs, kettle, toaster, hair dryers and ironing board, in fact everything you need to make it home from home. The apartment consists of an open plan lounge and kitchen area, which opens on to an outside balcony. The spacious bathroom includes a shower, washbasin and toilet. The lounge includes a sofa bed, coffee tables and satellite TV, DVD and CD player. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, 2 bedside tables, double wardrobe, a chest of drawers and leading off this room is a balcony, which opens onto a shaded grassed area. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds, a bedside table and a double wardrobe. All bedding, towels, and pool towels are included in the rental price. A dongle can be rented so access to the internet etc can be gained, this will be paid locally.

The lounge opens on to a south facing balcony, which over looks the well-maintained garden and pool area, where you can enjoy the stunning mountain views. There is additional table and chairs on the balcony with sun beds and small table for use round the pool.

The situation of the apartment is ideal, giving you the best of both worlds, on one hand you have the peace and quiet it offers, but you are only a 5 minute walk, from the river, where you can pick up a water taxi to take you on a panoramic journey to the beach Or take a boat to see the famous River Turtles.
The centre of Dalyan offers, a choice of Bars, Restuarants and shops which is also within 5 minutes walking distance
Dalyan has much to offer, from the buzz of the River, the magnificent scenery, the local history, and not forgetting the friendly local people.
