Waters Edge - 46 Kingfisher lake
Stunning views over Kingfisher Lake our caravan is the perfect place to relax, unwind and watch the wildlife.
The open plan living area has a fully equipped kitchen area with a ring hob, a double oven and fridge/freezer. A lovely dining area, with bench seating and stools, a comfortable sofa that converts to a sofa bed. The TV has a DVD player. There is a flame effect fire for cosy nights in.
The patio doors open out onto the decking space, perfect for enjoying the lakeside view.
The main bedroom has a double bed and plenty of wardrobe and drawer space, there is an en suite toilet and basin. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, a wardrobe and drawers and the third bedroom has 1 full size single bed and 1 half size bed suitable for a child up to aged 10. There is a modern shower room.
Bedding is provided.

There is Wifi throughout.
The Cotswold Hoburne park has lots of great facilities. We have included in your booking a £50 resort fee that allows access to the complex.
In the clubhouse there is an indoor pool outdoor pool (May - October), sports bar showing sporting events, cafe, bistro, evening entertainment, soft play, a small arcade, crazy golf (Extra fee applies), pedalos on the lake (Extra fee applies), a man made beach to paddle in.
The fishing is great. Its course fishing, mainly large carp with a few tench. Fishing is on a first come first served basis and you can fish all of the 3 lakes on site.
Use of the gym is free of charge, however you need to complete an assessment form available from reception.
