Villa Lagoa is a 2-storey semi-detached villa of recent construction and excellent quality, with thermal insulation, hot water system with solar energy and air conditioning in all areas.
The plot is completely fenced and surrounded by cypress trees and a gate leads to the entrance and a private parking space.
The ground floor consists of a bright living / dining room with an open and fully equipped kitchen, a guest toilet and, in addition to the kitchen, there is a utility room with a washing machine. Large sliding glass doors lead to the terrace with table and chairs for cookouts, the brick barbecue and the pool area.
The private pool of 6.4 x 4 x 1.45 / 1.55 m. Its disinfection is carried out with an automatic salt water electrolysis system. It is clad in pleasant blue mosaics with Roman steps and a bench. Cala d’Or is a resort area on the southeast coast of the Spanish island of Mallorca (Majorca). It’s known for its yacht marina along Cala Llonga. The shores are dotted with pine-fringed coves, including the main beach, Cala Gran. On a hilltop to the north, the medieval Santueri Castle overlooks S’Horta village and the coastline. To the southwest, Mondragó Natural Park is rich in birdlife, including shags and ospreys.
