Cosmic Villas is delighted to present this vibrant orange villa that is an ideal holiday home for guests looking to enjoy their time in a modern setting that accommodates anyone’s needs.
It is in the town of Krnica, very close to Pula, the capital of Istria.
The town of Krnica features the St. Rocco bell tower, but it is also home to several restaurants and shops that guests can freely enjoy, as well as an olive oil farm that has been run by a single family for four generations.
This area is rich with white shingle beaches, with the beach of Luka Krnica and the Girandella beach just a short drive away.
However, guests can also visit the nearby Glavani Park adventure centre, where they can try the 113-meter-long zip line, the Devil’s Causeway suspension bridge, as well as many scenic walks through the surrounding nature.
Another trip worth taking is a visit to the ancient city of Pula, famous for its history, culture, and Roman mythology, as well as a famous colosseum that hosts music festivals and theatre events.
The Temple of Augustus and the many carnivals are also worth visiting when in Pula. The Brijuni Natural Park, a 14-island archipelago, is also nearby, so guests can take a boat ride and enjoy the stunning scenery this place has to offer.
The exterior of this villa features a large plunge pool and a raided deck speckled with sun loungers, perfect for a refreshing dip or a quick tan.
There is also an outside dining area that leads into the villa itself. Upon walking inside, guests will see a beautiful open-space living area bathed in natural light streaming in from the many floor-to-ceiling windows.
The ground floor also features a coy lounge area, dining room and fully equipped kitchen, while the four bedrooms feature a mix of doubles and two large beds in a family room.
In addition to this, there are also five separate bathrooms, most of which are en-suites.
