The wooden ceiling beams, that you’ll notice the moment you enter, have remained intact as well as some other features. This rustic design provides a special experience for our guests.
There’s a stone alcove with a thatched pergola where outdoor furniture can be found.
This area is excellent for both drinks and dining.
If you want to refresh during hot summer days, you can take a dip in the pool or grab a drink from the bar while absorbing some Croatian sunrays relaxing on the sun loungers surrounding the swimming pool.

There are four ample bedrooms scattered around the villa - all with an amazing view of the Istrian countryside.
The bathrooms are totally fitted out after a recent renovation.
Some of the luxurious features include quartz countertops and non-slip ceramic tiling and there is even a hot tub.
If you want to relax, the ground floor provides a great atmosphere.
One can find a serviceable stone wine cellar here, as well as bar area that’s directly next to a well-equipped kitchen with a chimney firepit.
You can enjoy drinks while playing billiard with your companions in the billiards room.
Right beside this room is the living and dining area with a terrace that leads to the pool and garden.
For the lovers of al fresco dining the exteriors grounds are an ideal place.
Ground Floor has billiards room, communal bathroom, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, with taverna barbecue, and wine cellar & bar.
First Floor includes a bedroom with double bed, a family bathroom, living area and kitchenette.
Second Floor includes two bedrooms with twin beds, and one with double bed and a family bathroom.
