Cosmic Villas is delighted to present this charming villa with fantastic sea and mountain views that stretch to Gibraltar and the African coast.
The villa has five private terraces to take it all in. Located close to the centre of Marbella,
Over 6000 square metres of manicured lawn and garden space envelop a natural lake-style swimming pool. Enter through the stone walkway to reach the spacious grounds.
The private pool is a stunning deep blue that slopes gently at one side - swim peacefully and enjoy the calm atmosphere. Sunbeds are placed along one side, ideal for soaking up the Spanish sunshine. The lush garden is filled with lemon trees, olive groves, colourful flowers and cacti.
The interiors seamlessly blend traditional design with modern furnishings to create a unique space. There are three distinct zones within the villa, including two living rooms and two kitchens. It's the perfect villa for families travelling together - with lots of places to socialise yet plenty of breathing space.
In the main living room, a striking, modern fireplace stretches up to the ceiling. It contrasts against the heritage-style exposed stone walls inside. Swathes of the villa have open sides to allow easy access to the terrace and grounds and make the most of the sunshine and balmy air.
The room has a homely, comforting atmosphere with bright splashes of orange, yellow, and plum in the chairs and soft furnishings. Cosy white sofas provide a space to unwind as a family, while many large houseplants bring a little fresh greenery.
The kitchen is fully equipped and styled in dark wood with more splashes of orange throughout - such as the display of oranges and the russet casserole dish on display. Stylish bar stools rest on the white countertop. Plenty of art and sculptures are dotted throughout the whole villa, adding character to the space.
Upstairs, the second living space has a sofa with retro-style dark patterned sofas, fresh white walls and across the open plan space, a smaller yet well-equipped kitchen with dining space with chairs that match the living room. The dining table is made of futuristic, twisted silver - alternatively, guests can dine alfresco and enjoy the sunshine.
The bedrooms are decorated in an eclectic style, with stunning antique-style wooden furniture and low, modern beds with colourful bedspreads. Vintage tapestries and various art adorns the walls, while some rooms have beautiful rugs on the floor. There are six bedrooms in this villa, many of which have stylish mosaic decoration on the walls. Some have bathtubs, while others have glass-encased showers.
