You are cordially invited by Cosmic Villas to stay in this exquisite villa for an amazing vacation in one of mainland Greece's most stunning locales.
As part of a boutique resort complex of 10 villas, the property is located in the outskirts of the coastal village of Pefkochori, in Halkidiki.
The villa sits within this fabulous beachfront hideaway, where each of the ten villas presents its own character, preserving the individuality of each house and avoiding the resort-like feeling. With its own private pool and stunning gardens, this property provides first-rate lodging for up to 10 visitors. Your villa is only 200 metres from our private beach, which has designated sun loungers and a beach bar where you may hire snorkels and other water sports equipment.
For those active travellers that look for just a bit more than beach and pool, there is also a well-maintained tennis court, a library and a leisure room, with table tennis, pool and more - plenty to keep everyone entertained, even during the unlikely rainy days!
You will be greeted by an open-plan space with a superbly fitted kitchen, seated eating area, a large comfortable couch bed, occasional table, and television as soon as you go through the main door. The entry to the terrace, which is made of glass that spans both stories and creates a mezzanine floor for one of the upper bedrooms, must be this room's most striking feature. Additionally, there are two bedrooms, one of which is wheelchair accessible, each with an en suite bathroom and a patio.
The remaining three double bedrooms, one of which has an en suite bathroom and a balcony, are located on the second floor and are reached by an impressive marble staircase. The loft-like bedroom, which typically has twin beds but can be converted to a double to accommodate all guests, is ideal for kids because of its distinctive mezzanine window.
The villa is beautifully appointed, making use of as many sustainable elements as possible; the stunning wood in the bathrooms, bedroom furniture and the extensive decking around the pool and terrace; brickwork walls within the downstairs open space; fabulous tiling in the bathrooms and floors and the external stonework. The furnishings are all of the greatest calibre and are all of excellent design, adding to the villa's ultra-elegant yet modern flair.
Now enter the patio doors to access the spacious, partially covered terrace, which features your 40m2 swimming pool, BBQ area, and garden with a sizable lawn. This terrace is ideal for dining, lounging, and relaxing. For your privacy, there is screening in place while the numerous young trees and hedges develop into a natural barrier.
With its close proximity to the beach and the village, the property offers everything you could possibly want for a fantastic relaxing holiday with family or a small group of friends.

The property offers proximity to the beautiful and tranquil resort’s private beach, only 200m away, and is a short ride away from the centre of Pefkochori. This beautiful old village is surrounded by pine and olives trees growing down to the sea. Presenting narrow streets, beautiful gardens, cafés and restaurants, it provides a fun and relaxed atmosphere, and it is an ideal town to spend an afternoon exploring the villa surroundings.
The private beach doesn’t only include sun loungers and parasols, but is also the perfect place to initiate in a variety of watersports: you can choose between kayaks, stand up paddles, snorkelling and more. There are also coaching sessions available. There is nothing like breathing underwater for the very first time, it takes a little getting used to but after a few minutes, you realize how easy scuba diving really is. The biggest challenge instructors have is not coaxing participants into the water but coaxing them out when the time is up!
From Pefkochori you can rent a boat or take a day trip on a sailing boat around Toroneos Bay taking a closer look at what you see from your lounger on the beach. Whichever trip you chose you are likely to head for either Toroni or Porto Koufo where almost all of the fishing boats land their catch. These trips are always informative and allow a stop either for swimming from the boat or for you to pop ashore and explore your port of call.
A completely different beach experience is that of Possidi cape, the very southernmost point of the Kassandra peninsula, where the villa is located. Here there are no loungers, tavernas or beach bars, just you and what you take with you for the day. It is very exposed to the sunlight with little natural shade, so please take your sunscreen! The Possidi cape has fabulous views over to Sithonia and mainland Greece, in the evening as the sun sets down, there can be few better places to be.
