One of Rhodes' most picturesque towns, Gennadi is a true Greek village with all the warmth and friendliness that Greece has to offer.
It's like a small piece of paradise. This magnificent property from Cosmic Villas can accommodate up to 8 guests, making it ideal for large families with kids or anyone looking for lodging without a lot of stairs. The only stairs at the villa are the six you take when you enter the structure from the nicely tiled courtyard; the interior of the house is barrier-free.
From the patio, you enter a spacious, light-filled space with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, wide lounge with sofas grouped around an open fireplace, and satellite TV. This area also leads to the bedrooms.
Four lovely double rooms with blackout drapes are available, one with an en-suite shower room, two with doors leading to the terrace, and one with twin beds, which is perfect for young children. There is a separate bathroom as well.
The room opens up through spacious patio doors onto a lovely covered terrace with a dining table that can seat the entire party. Who could possibly resist trying to climb on board when you can see the garden, a gorgeous pool with an outdoor shower, sun loungers with umbrellas, and a hammock from here?
The garden is exquisitely designed, with a large lawn and crazy pavement, mature bushes and trees all around to ensure your privacy, as well as a vegetable patch and fruit trees. How great is it that you may use the food if you are fortunate enough to be there at the proper time?
The most romantic of settings for your evening meal is the paved courtyard area, which has additional dining table and chairs arranged around the sizable fully furnished built-in barbeque.
The resort has all the amenities you might want for your vacation, including modern features, excellent facilities, and is only 200 metres from the beach.

Lindos town, 22km away, is so very beautiful and most definitely worth a visit. A hillside village of brilliant white houses, mosaic lined streets, small shops - some of which are in tunnels cut into the rock! It’s hard not to notice the ancient Acropolis when visiting. It rises above sea level, situated on a cliff over 100 meters high, all the paved streets that are dotted with traders, lead to the Acropolis. To get up to the Acropolis, you need to negotiate a steep stepped footpath, however, there is another way - you can ride on a donkey to the top of the hill. The donkeys line up like taxis inside the rock to keep out of the heat of the day. At the top of the Acropolis, you will find a real treasure - the temple of the goddess Athena Linda. It looks exactly the way we envisage the ancient ruins of temples, the tall white columns glistening in the sun.
One of the most beautiful religious sites of the island, Moni Thari Monastery, is located near the village of Laerma 25km away. It is hidden in the dense forest, and it may not be noticed from the road. During its construction in the 12th and 13th centuries, there was a high threat of piracy, so it was hidden this way. Inside the main church of the monastery, you can find beautiful frescos of great historical value from the Middle Ages. Although there are no official tours around the monastery, some of the monks who live here are happy to talk about the site’s history.
